While retaining many of the original architecture features, it has an all modern kitchen, central heat/air, laundry room and flat screen TV. A lovely yard has a Weber BBQ and Refrigerator. Walking distance to Lincoln Ave with its many restaurants, boutique shops and amenities. Public transportation to downtown San Jose and Caltrain Station.

This is a unique area of San Jose. It is close to downtown, but is a separate community with its own local character. Lincoln Ave is the main street. It has many restaurants, sports bars, coffee shops and boutique stores. My house is easy walking distance to Lincoln Ave.
