Comfortable apartment with large sunny spaces with patio, very well located in private residence monitored 24/24 with parking, close to all amenities, you are 5 minutes from Souk Ahad, and 10 minutes from the beach with all activities (dromedary, quad, karting and all nautical activities). You are surrounded by many restaurants of various specialties. Carrefour market at the foot of the building, open 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
