This charming ground-floor apartment offers a relaxing retreat in the heart of Güntersberge, ideal for families and pet owners. The warm living room features satellite TV and a pellet stove, while the adjacent dining room with a family-sized table is perfect for shared meals. The well-equipped kitchen includes a 4-ring cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, and filter coffee machine. Guests will sleep soundly in two bedrooms—one with a double bed (180 × 200 cm), the other with two single beds—and a bathroom with shower and toilet ensures daily convenience.

Step outside to enjoy a private terrace and garden with furniture, deckchairs, parasol, and a charcoal BBQ—great for al fresco dining. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen auf einem Hang und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Auf der Terrasse ist den ganzen Tag Sonne. Vierbeiner sind herzlich willkommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich fange mit dem positiven an. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick und es ist angenehm ruhig. Der Garten ist, entgegen der Beschreibung, umzäunt bzw. durch eine Hecke eingegrenzt und es gibt keine Nachbarn die ihn ebenfalls nutzen. Er ist ausreichend groß, dass Hunde frei toben können und ist schön bepflanzt. Also für uns optimal, da wir mit 2 Hunden unterwegs waren. Das Haus ist gut geschnitten und dank vieler Fenster Lichtdurchflutet. Der Parkplatz am Haus ist groß genug für 2 – 3 Autos. Negativ für uns: Sauberkeit: Im Kühlschrank haben wir ein paar wenige Haare vorgefunden, so dass wir ihn erst einmal ausgewischt haben. Der Ablauf der Dusche war voller Haare und die Duschwand war auch nicht gereinigt. Ein Kissen haben wir uns angeschaut und es war weiß/gelb “gemustert“, was schon sehr ekelig ist. Wir haben 2 Kissenbezüge aufgezogen und so ging es dann (vom Gefühl her) Der Insektenschutz hing an allen bestückten Fenstern in einer Ecke runter. Die Vermieterin hat uns nach Anfrage am nächsten Werktag Klebestreifen vorbeigebracht, so dass wir es abdichten konnten. An dem Küchenfenster und der Terrassentür war leider kein Insektenschutz vorhanden, was an der Terrassentür besonders ungünstig war. Über den Tür in der Holzverkleidung des Daches waren viele Wespen/Bienen im ständigen An- und Abflug. Aus dem Nest kamen Geräusche als wenn eine Klimaanlage läuft. An sich nicht schlimm, weil sie auch friedlich unterwegs waren aber im Haus wollten wir sie doch nicht haben. Also konnten wir die Terrassentür nicht offen lassen, zum Lüften o. ä.. Ein Einfacher Insektenschutz wäre da hilfreich gewesen. Die Vermieterin sagte dazu nur, dass sie dagegen nichts machen könne. Doch … Insektenschutz an die Tür, wo anscheinend auch mal einer war. Das Sofa ist in der Ecke stark durchgesessen und hinten löst sich der Stoff so dass man in das innere schauen konnte. Der Griff an der Terrassentür, zum schließen von außen, war abgebrochen und somit kaum noch vorhanden. Im großen und ganzen war es trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt weil die Natur alles was stört durch ihre Schönheit verdrängt. An das meiste was ich als negativ aufgeführt habe gewöhnt man sich oder kann Abhilfe schaffen aber die ersten Eindrücke waren schon nicht so schön.
