Ferienwohnung Familie Dippe - Ferienwohnung

A warm welcome to the Dippe family’s holiday rental!
Our holiday rental is located right next to the castle park in the historic district of Elbingerode, a town in the Harz region.
We offer you a brand-new, maisonette-style holiday rental that has been lovingly and comfortably furnished. The holiday rental is approximately 60 square metres in size and is accessible separately from the main house.
The apartment features a large living room with a TV and stereo system, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower. Our holiday apartment offers two bedrooms on the upper level. It comfortably accommodates 2 to 4 people for a relaxing holiday.
For your relaxation, you can enjoy the patio or the sunny balcony, and during the beautiful summer months, you can also use the barbecue area in the large garden. A dedicated parking space is available on the property for your car.



Holiday Rental:

The holiday rental is approximately 60 square metres in size and features carpeted floors. It has a large living room with a large dining table and five chairs, as well as a cosy sofa area. A modern TV, stereo system, and Wi-Fi create a cosy atmosphere. There is a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, and two hot plates, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. Two separate bedrooms are located on the upper level.
The bedrooms are accessed via a safety staircase, which is not suitable for very young children. For safety reasons, children should be at least 5 years old.
Outside, you’ll find a sunny patio and, during the summer months, a grill. A dedicated parking space is available on the property for your car.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Familie Dippe sind sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Frau Dippe hat uns auf alles gut hingewiesen und auch von den guten Restaurant in der Umgebung erzählt. Die Wohnung war sauber. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Sehr ordentliches Quartier. Super nette Vermieter, man fühlte sich gleich wie zu Hause. Zentrale Ortslage, wanderungen gleich ab Haus möglich. Viele Urlaubsvarianten auch bei nicht so schönem Wetter in der Nähe.....

Liebevolle Gastgeber

Die Gastgeber überzeugen durch ihr Engagement und ihre herzliche Art. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber sauber. Das Sofa könnte bequemer sein und die Badezimmertür sollte sich auch besser schließen lassen. Außerdem fehlt ein Sonnenschutz im Schlafzimmer. Dafür sind die Matratzen sehr bequem und sorgen für gute Schlafqualität. Die Raumspartreppe nach oben ist auch nichts für jeden aber machbar. Von Vorteil ist die Beleuchtung über Bewegungsmelder im Flur und Treppenaufgang. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen und danken nochmals für den exzellenten Service.
