Casa Monica is a lovely 4 bedroom, 6 bath home in the heart of the exclusive beachfront community, Costa del Sol, on Cozumel's southern shore. The house is comfortably furnished, perfect whether you are relaxing or entertaining. The interior has a spacious floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with service for 10 guests. The large living area has 2 couches, and a TV with cable. Casa Monica sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably in 4 king beds and 2 queen size futons.

The home's exterior is impressive. It has a downstairs patio with tables, chairs and loungers, and a 2nd floor screened in patio with tables and chairs, and a huge wraparound terrace upstairs with ocean views, a gas/charcoal grill, and a half bath!

The community features 24 hour security, lush landscaping and gardens, a sandy beach dotted with shady palapas, an Infinity pool, and a private pier for personalized boat access. The community is kid-friendly with a shallow end on the pool and a tranquil, shallow lagoon where kids can wade, snorkel, and explore tide pools. There is also excellent snorkeling just off shore within an area protected by buoys.

Guests of Casa Monica will enjoy housekeeping and concierge service. We offer a shopping service and a chef service. Our Chef Rafa can prepare delicious authentic Mexican food made to order in your kitchen.

Amazing Stay in Cozumel

We had the best time ever at the house in Costa del Sol. The house was beautiful with the most amazing view. We felt very safe and anything we needed was just a quick text message to the management staff. The location was top notch and the pool was perfect. We could walk down the pier and be right in the most beautiful water ever, full of colorful fish and other marine life. Trip of a lifetime! Can't wait to go back.

Casa Monica Stay Was Terrific

Lovely Home away from Home

The house is beautiful, spacious, with everything you need. The beach is clean and beautiful and you can see it from the house. Cleaning service was fantastic. Management is very accommodating and very accessible when needed. Communication was top notch. 10/10 recommend.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our concierge Mayra did a fantastic job with settling up all excursions while we were on the island. Highly recommend this house for a large family vacation.

Perfect Casa for a large family vacation

We LOVED our experience staying here with our family. It was perfect because we could be together in the common spaces, but had plenty of rooms for everyone to sleep in. The property managers were FANTASTIC and took care of our every need and helped make our vacation special. The Costa del Sol community was quiet, had nice amenities, and convenient for a family of divers. I would not hesitate at all to stay here again!

Family fun

Amber and Rodrigo were great to deal with and very responsive. We also rented a 8 passenger mini van from them that was great for our family. The house was just as described on the listing. Pool, lagoons, ocean acces were wonderful just steps from the house. The property was well stocked and cleaning ladies did a great job. Nice location, only thing missing were the lovely comfy looking chaise lounges were missing! Those would have been nice to lounge on. Chef service was excellent, Concierge was really helpful. House was comfortable. Would definitely go back!

Another wonderful stay.

We've stayed at several properties managed by Amber and Rodrigo over the last few years, and are more than pleased every time. From the guys out front at the gate, to the grounds crew, to Wonder Woman Patty, every wish and want were met. Beautiful clean place that is safe, welcoming, and very accommodating to a variety of vacationers. Planning next stay with them now.

Amazing Vacation!

Our family of 8, ranging in age from 6-66, had an amazing vacation. The concierge, Enrique, was fabulous. He answered every question and booked our excursions. We were so grateful for him. The house is beautiful and the snorkeling right in front of the house entertained us for many hours! I highly recommend this home and we hope to return some day!

The house is located in a lovely little gated community. It is perfect for divers, the boat can pick you up right at the dock, and it is so convenient. The house is huge and well stocked for a comfortable stay. Mayra and all the staff are kind and solicitous. We enjoyed ourselves very much

Great location and property for our teenager to grandparent aged family!

Mayra met us at the house and gave us a quick orientation. All the staff at costa del sol were helpful and friendly. We were impressed with the size of the house and couldn’t beat the view, snorkeling off the pier and private beach. Kitchen was well equipped and it was great to have games and books available to enjoy. There were five in our party ranging from 14 to 77 years old. Cozumel is very easy to get around via car and we were able to quickly run to town for groceries and supplies with no problem. We can’t wait to come visit again!

Great Stay

Nice location, great home. Had 2 sets of friends that stayed elsewhere on the island, payed more and their places were smaller, crowded and without the view. Wish I would have booked with host’s recommended dive company rather than try to save a couple bucks. Also would have hired their chef for a couple meals, didn’t because we wanted to experience some of the local restaurants or be committed to meals at pre-determined times. Service was friendly and attentive. 2 recommendations - advise guests about the local police and a better grill needs to be installed. Would rebook!

Great location!

As expected with the one exception that the pier wasn’t available for dive pickup. In the process of repairs now but is still out and went out on day one. However the property owners had no control over this. Enrique took care of anything we needed and is so sweet! The pool was great to meet others and socialize and the house had plenty of room for our group of 7.

Paradise Found

We loved our stay at Casa Monica! There were two couples in this giant house with a beautiful view of the lawn, pool, and ocean. Our scuba dive master and our snorkel excursion picked us up at the Costa del Sol complex’s dock, which saved us from traveling downtown. We enjoyed the included housekeeping service, found the optional chef service to be tasty and affordable, and utilized the property manager’s car rental service , “Cuatro Amigos.” The complex is beautiful, relatively quiet, and safe. The house would easily sleep 8 comfortably, though there are a couple of futons and couches for more guests. Casa Monica has one of the best views in the complex. Highly recommend!

Wonderful family vacation!

The property is listed accurately, and is even better in person. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found everything we needed to be comfortable in the home, from comfortable beds, private quarters for all, and a well equipped kitchen to little things like plenty of laundry detergent, shampoo and toilet paper. The entire subdivision is lovingly maintained and packed with gorgeous plants to enjoy. We spent a lot of time at the pool and snorkeling/swimming in the gorgeous sea steps away from the house. (We bought pool noodles for floating in the ocean at Chedraui…maybe they’re still at the home for your use!) All of the staff was very kind and helpful and most other guests in the complex were quiet, respectful neighbors. We are already talking about “next time.” Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great scuba/fishing vacation

Four friends on a diving vacation. Casa Monica was perfect. Hardest part was figuring who got the master suite upstairs. Very well taken care of in a great community about 25 minutes from the airport. We didn't use the pool/hot tub much, but decent snorkeling off the private pier. Best part was getting picked up a 3 minute walk from our front door and getting back and hopping into a shower right off the boat. House had everything we needed for cooking our meals including a great grill on the upstairs patio. Host was there to check us in, make sure everything was ready. We had the housekeeper come by a couple times. Would definitely return for more diving.

Fantastic Trip

We had an amazing trip and experience. Mayra was so attentive and helpful with our every question and request. Thank you so much Mayra. We had a great trip. The only issues with the home were the one bedroom that says it has twin beds and a futon is not accurate. We needed the twins and they have a king in there now so one of us ended up on the couch. And the dishwasher is awful - the bottom wrack doesn’t fit and dishes don’t get super clean. Other than that the home was great and spacious and the maid services were great. The grounds are immaculate and well cared for and the guests and home owners were all very friendly and helpful. Thanks again.

Family Holiday

Fantastic 10 days at Casa Monica. We have been to Cozumel numerous times and have stayed at many locations in town and at the beach. This property was perfect for a family holiday our 3 kids and partners and 1 grandchid. Half of us are divers, the pier was great to be picked up at by our favorite dive company Scuba Mau. We were close to the dive sites so made for a quicker trip and back with the our group to enjoy the rest of the day together. The villa was perfect for 9 of us . A great location for access to the pool and views of the ocean. Patty checked in everyday to see if we needed anything and that everything was ok, there was a problem with upstairs air conditioning, was fixed the next day. We went into town most nights for dinner as there are so many fabulous restaurants in cozumel, but the facilities at the villa were perfect for any meals we made . Very well stocked kitchen, with basic essentials such as spices etc. BBQ was great. It is a short walk to some of the beach clubs if you want to have a day or meal at Carlos and Charlies etc. The pool area and beach was so nice for my grandaughter. The water filtration system was nice to not have to worry about brushing our teeth or making coffee etc, but we did drink the bottled water because we preferred the taste. We rented a car through Amber and Rodrigo which is necessary if you really want to enjoy the island. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect family holiday!!

The house is fantastic! Just set back from the ocean but with a full ocean view. And in 50 steps, you can be in the ocean. House is very large with a truly extraordinary master bedroom upstairs in terms of size. Just the mast bedroom is larger that some full condos. Patty is the concierge/property manager and she is wonderful. She can arrange for a cook, massage, tours, fishing, scuba, seemingly anything! You pay her nothing directly. You just pay the people directly for whatever services she arranges for you. With Patty at your beck and call, you really have no worries. Floor to ceiling windows on the lower level and in most of the bedrooms look out over the pool and ocean. 30 steps out the back, you're at the pool and jaccuzzi. 10 more steps, the small private beach, ocean and private dock. The private dock makes for a a very easy pickup for any of the scuba, snorkel or fishing boats to pick you up. All the boat captains know where the Costa del Sol dock is! There was a small problem with the air conditioner and some associated water leakage occurred for the first few days of our trip. The folks were basically on it, but repair people work on their schedule not ours, so we were mopping up water with towels for a few days. Not a big deal. The air conditioner was always working, it was just leaky. Just as an aside, and it's unlikely to happen to you, but Hurricane Delta came through during our trip. The staff was great! They came the night before and sealed up the hurricane shutters, and then came by the next morning to open everything back up again. Thankfully, it was a fast-moving hurricane. Dampened our scuba-diving plans a bit, but that's not anyone's fault other than Mother Nature. The property managers couldn't have been better! Would whole-heartedly recommend the property!

Great diving again

I’m a very happy repeat user of this Casa C6 in Costa Del Sol. I love this place. Most convenient for scuba diving. Scuba operators will pick you up on the Costa Del Sol pier. I hope that the homeowners association will replace the Jacuzzi, maybe down between the smaller pool and the pier (out of view). It was so nice to warm up and relax in a nice warm Jacuzzi immediately after scuba diving when available a couple of years ago. All of the divers in my groups miss the Jacuzzi.
