The apartment is on the first floor with a balcony at the rear and is part of an apartment complex which is located in the small idyllic town of Liesenich (Hunsrück), a short distance from the Moselle. The living / bedroom has 2 bedside cabinets, sofa bed and a sitting area, dining area with chairs and sofa. You have access to TV with satellite connection, radio / CD and DVD player and there is also free WiFi. The bedroom has three single beds, there is plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, Senseo kettle and freezer compartment.
This apartment also has a loggia with a beautiful view of the backyard with barbecue, playground equipment for children and surroundings.
There is also a cozy common room with a fully equipped kitchen and toilet, there are also plenty of games, puzzles and books for the children.
There is also a dart board and a television with DVD and VCR, and plenty of films for young and old.
Pets are welcome and stay free.
It is very suitable for motorcyclists and cyclists due to the presence of a large garage for storage.

Im Inserat wurden die Fotos so in Szene gebracht, dass man von einer 3-Raum-Wohnung ausgehen kann.

Dabei gab es nur ein Kinderzimmer mit 3 Betten mit Kleiderschrank und im Wohnzimmer befand sich die Essecke m. 3 Stühlen, 1 Couch m. 2 Sesseln und 2 Bettschränke. Wir hatten keinen Platz für unsere Kleidung, daher lag der Koffer auf der Couch. Es roch im gesamten Haus sehr modrig. Bad, Küche und Balkon waren wie auf den Fotos. Gesamteindruck war für uns - im gesamten Ort Nichts los, nochmal fahren wir sicher nicht in diese Gegend.

Schmutz und kaltes Wasser

Leider waren wir hier gar nicht zufrieden. Meine Frau musste erst mal Putzen, überall Spinnenfäden in den Ecken bzw. an den Decken! Kaugummi klebte im Schlafzimmer auf den Boden. Staub unter den Betten ohne Ende Beim Duschen stand nur kurz warmes Wasser zu Verfügung...danach nur kaltes.Ablagen im Bad incl. Deko verstaubt. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer lud nicht ein zum Verweilen, Löcher und Dreck! Sicherlich war hier alles vorhanden was man so benötigt aber alles müsste mal wieder einer Reinigung unterzogen werden. Die Matratzen viel zu weich. Und vom Verwalter fehlt auch jede Spur um Ihn mal darauf Hinzuweisen. So würde ich diese Wohnung niemanden empfehlen. Ich hoffe dass diese Kritik angenommen wird und zum positiven Beiträgt.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung. Leider waren alle Betten nur Einzelbetten. Und diese (zumindest im Schlafzimmer) mit exorbitant weichen Matratzen.
