Appartement idéalement situé en bord de mer, vue sur la plage, proximité des commerces et restaurants. Bémol pas de WiFi, petits électroménagers en mauvais états voir cassés, concierge très gentille mais qui ne parle que Portugais pas très pratique pour l'accueil...

Localização - perto de tudo

Excelente localização, ideal para quem não quer deslocar-se de carro, "tudo" está perto. Obrigado à proprietária D. Magna, sempre simpática e prestável do início ao fim da estadia, e até após a saída. Encontrámos o apartamento limpo e com todas as condições para férias. A garagem é uma grande vantagem na zona. Recomendo... e voltaremos certamente a alugar o apartamento.

Ubicacion muy buena

Apartamento muy recomendable. La ubicación está perfecta ya que tienes el acceso a la playa justo en frente, además tienes todos los restaurantes y paseo con tiendas nada más bajar al portal. Con 2 camas de matrimonio y un sofá cama y aparcamiento en el parking. Se encuentra en muy buen estado el piso. Lo único que faltaría es un poco más de accesorios para cocinar o renovarlos.

Moldy and cold

Before our arrival on March 29, we called the owner who spoke only very little English. After all we understood that she would not receive us herself, but we should contact the concierge. When we arrived in the evening, the apartment was moldy (not ventilated for months) and cold (about 12°C) and there was no heating at all. After a cold night, we asked for heaters, but the concierge – speaking very little English too - told us that he was not competent, we should call the owner. But she did not answer. Finally, the concierge brought us at least an electrical heater and some more blankets. Fortunately we survived our three-night-stay in this apartment without getting sick. Perhaps in summer it is enjoyable, but not in spring under these circumstances.

Apartamento muito bem localizado, com uma vista excepcional para a praia da rocha. O apartamento encontrava-se muito limpo e com óptimas condições para umas férias agradáveis. Proprietários muito simpáticos e disponíveis. O facto de ter porteiro sempre disponível foi uma surpresa agradável.
