Apartment in dependance of prestigious Villa in Forio (Ischia Island). At guests' disposal a swimming pool (14mx7m), set in a large garden, equipped with umbrellas, loungers, gym. The apartment consists of a living room-kitchen, with a folding bed (it becomes a wall without needing to be unmade), a double bedroom and a bathroom, with a very comfortable shower (175x75), plus a separate double bedroom with bathroom room, always with very comfortable shower (175x75). it is also possible to use its own space in front, under the porch of the apartment, equipped with table and chairs. Tv, WiFi and air conditioning. The outdoor spaces are really unique, with spacious lawn areas, which overlook the gym, pool and relaxation area with sun loungers. A barbeque can be used on request and with assistance, to cheer your evenings
Guests have access to all areas, except for the very strict features of the main villa.
My wife and I will be present for any logistical and support needs.
The property is almost completely inserted between secular vineyards. Montecorvo, also offers great walks, which can include lunch or dinner, in the many typical Ischitan restaurants.
If you give us a notice on the time and the port of your arrival, we will pick you up personally, we advise you to arrive at Forio Harbor. Our house is also accessible by public transport (CD or 1 bus, Campo sportivo di Panza) and taxi. We are 200 meters from the public transport lines. In the cases you reach by car, parking is available in the villa. Upon arrival you will be given the keys of the apartment and the remote control of the electric gate. On request you can rent scooter or car (with delivery directly to the car park).
