Immersed in the green countryside of Gallura, in a dominant position over Olbia, an ancient Gallurese farmhouse, completely renovated and furnished.
Ideal for families and friends who after a day of excursions and the sea love to stay out of the chaos of the city, enjoying typical local wines on the veranda with a frame on the Gulf of Olbia!
Stazzu Straetu is a typical Gallurese stazzo with over a century of life. It features a large living room with fireplace, dining table, various furniture and two sofas. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, electric oven and gas stove. The bathroom has a toilet and a bathtub. The bedroom has two single beds while the large one has a double bed. The house is located on a hill from which, on summer days, you can admire a beautiful sunset among the rocks with a dominant view of the sea. It has two covered verandas with the possibility of using an outdoor space with a wood oven and an outdoor kitchen. The location offers the possibility of bike excursions.

Wirklich etwas Besonderes

Die Anfahrt ist abenteuerlich. Es sind 8 km bis zur Schnellstraße, 1.5 km davon nicht asphaltiert. Dafür wohnt man in einer besonderen Lage in einem besonderen Haus und sehr ruhig. Andrea und sein Vater sind wirklich sehr freundlch. Weil wir zu Beginn nach einem Grill gefragt haben, haben Sie uns einen neuen Grill mit Kohle besorgt. Ein paar Tage später stand ein Paket sardinisches Brot für uns vor der Tür. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
