Tidy new style apartment but windy and on the outskirts

Lovely, clean apartment. Sliding balcony door didn't lock but on the 1st floor so not a problem. Location is out of town so 10 min walk to the front. Collect keys from main office first before going to the apartment which is a 25 minute walk and with bags etc could be difficult. Quiet location, nice cafe over the road and supermarket close by. Windy as up on a hill and surrounded by others who live in the apartments so not much opportunity to sunbathe at the pool. Fully equipped kitchen, fairly comfortable bed, TV with plenty of channels in English if that's your thing. Air conditioning if required and window shutters that block out the sun so can sleep really well.

Estadia Varandas Forte - Junho

A piscina, a cozinha bem equipada e o ambiente calmo gerado pela localização do apartamento. Os problemas da canalização/escoamento de águas do apartamento pois estava bastante entupida, bem como a reparação e adição de alguns artigos (caixote do lixo, quantidade de copos disponíveis, etc.)

Annonce non fidèle à l’emplacement

J’ai loué cet appartement car dans votre annonce plage et supermarket à 0 mètre avec à l’appui une photo d’un accès bois sur le sable. Archi faux. 700 mètres sur des pavés portugais. J’ai des problèmes de mobilité et c’est votre description qui m’a fait louer cet appartement qui d’ailleurs était super mais situé sur une grande avenue à grande circulation. Un mois d’enfer au niveau bruit et sûrement pas sur la plage comme votre annonce le suggérait. Inadmissible.

Great modern apartment , well equipped, WiFi , and tv with some English speaking channels , Sunny balcony Agents helpful and responsive when any problems occur . The road noise however can be intrusive at times... We Have stayed in this particular block on a number of occasions . Vilamoura with its purpose built marina can be reached on foot for those who like to walk along the promenade..there’s a Gypsy market held on a Wednesday by the Lidl supermarket about 1.5 km up the road..the Urban bus 🚌 passes the apartment about 5 minute passed the hour as does the bus to Faro. Plenty of tours including 4-5 hours at the new designer outlet . 👋👥👍
