Thank you for your feedback. I always take guest comments seriously and do my best to resolve any concerns as quickly as possible. During your stay, every issue that was within my control was addressed promptly. I replaced the cookware, coffee machine and cups immediately, provided guidance for the oven, responded to concerns about the fridge, and explained the annual safety inspections of the gas installation. Unfortunately, the pool pump failed over the weekend and, as there was no technician available until Monday, the repair could not be carried out immediately. As a gesture of goodwill, I offered a 20% refund. As your expectations appeared to be different from what the property offers, I also suggested on two separate occasions that you could end your stay early and move to a hotel with a larger refund if you preferred, but you chose to remain at the property until the end of your holiday. This is a traditional rural house, not a modern luxury villa, and it is described and priced accordingly. I am proud of the many positive reviews received over the years, which consistently highlight my responsiveness and the authentic character of the property.

Estou sempre disponível para os hóspedes e perguntei se estava tudo bem. Não me assinalaram nenhum problema. A limpeza da casa sempre foi efectuada com muito cuidado ao longo dos anos. Acredito no diálogo e lamento não terem falado comigo.
