Bellissima proprietà, giardino molto curato, splendida terrazza abitabile vista mare. Casa molto spaziosa e luminosa ideale per 4 persone. Arredata con stile, ricca di accessori per la cucina e tanto altro. Biancheria molto bella fornita in loco. Per raggiungere la spiaggia e i servizi serve però la macchina. Siamo stati molto bene.

Wie ein kleines Zuhause

Wir haben im September 2 Wochen in dem Häuschen verbracht und uns da sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gute Ausstattung, wohnlich & gemütlich eingerichtet und eine hübsche Veranda zum Verweilen. Ruhige Umgebung, in 10min zu Fuss am Strand. Simone & Bernard sind herzliche und umsichtige Gastgeber. Absolut zu empfehlen.

A perfect place in Costa Rei

We had a great week staying in Bernardo's lovely house in Costa Rei. He and his wife welcomed us and showed us around, explaining how things worked and how to get to the nearest beach on foot. It's an easy walk down into Costa Rei, and the beach is great. There are lots of other beautiful beaches to explore only a short drive away. The house has everything you need and is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished. There's a lush little garden, and it feels very private. We enjoyed the terrace most of all, sitting looking at the view and eating our meals out there. The outdoor shower is a bonus. There are lots of things to borrow for days on the beach, such as parasols and beach chairs. Costa Rei is a seaside town with plenty of restaurants and little supermarkets, so you don't need to travel for anything once you've arrived. Bernardo and his wife have thought of everything a family might need on a holiday. His son Simone was also very helpful during our stay. Grazie mille la famiglia Cugia! We look forward to returning to Casa Maria for another holiday soon.

Everything on the doorstep

We were a family of 4 (2 adult children) and we had a really relaxing and enjoyable week in Costa Rei, supplemented by excursions to Parco Monte dei Sette Fratelli and the beautiful coastal scenery around Capo Carbonara. We were lucky that there were nice restaurants with great seafood nearby but also that the house was sufficiently equipped to allow for pleasant meals al fresco too. Simone and his parents were all very friendly and easygoing. We will be back to beautiful Sardinia, we hope, before too long.

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sauber! Der Vermieter und sein Sohn sind sehr nett und bemüht!

Wir hatten leider in der ersten Woche ein Unwetter mit Starkregen und deshalb gab es auch eine immense Mückenplage! Leider konnte man ab Spätnachmittags nicht mehr auf der sehr schönen Terrasse sitzen- das war aber wohl nicht „normal“- die Strände sind sehr schön! Leider haben viele Restaurants nach und nach geschlossen auch die Apotheke im Ort war im Winterurlaub. Noch später zu fahren ist vielleicht nicht mehr empfehlenswert. Wir kamen am 27.10.18 zurück- Den Urlaub haben wir trotzdem genossen! Die Betten sind gut und man kann sich auch im Haus gut aufhalten!

Ein perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Meerblick von der Terrasse. Genialer Badestrand in Laufweite (ca 10 min.) mit dem Auto noch viele weitere Superstrände erreichbar . Sehr nette Vermieter, stets um einen problemlosen Ablauf bemüht und ein sehr freundliches Willkommen ( mit selbstgebackenem und Wein). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Unterkunft in entspannter Umgebung

Wir haben die Zeit in Costa Rei sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen: sehr gepflegt, schöner Balkon mit Meerblick und Strände sowie Restaurants und Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Simone und Sabrina sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Wunderschönes Häuschen mit sehr viel Wohlfühl-Charakter

Simone und seine Eltern stellen ein wirklich hübsches Häuschen zur Verfügung, das bequem Platz für mindestens 4Besucher bietet und dazu komplette eingerichtet ist (uns standen sogar eine Spül- und Waschmaschine kostenlos zur Verfügung sowie ein sehr gut sortiertes Küchenequiment). Die Lage ist für uns als kleine Familie perfekt, weil man ruhig, aber sehr zentral für Ausflüge & die Versorgung wohnt. Dazu hat man einen erholsamen Blick von der schönen Terasse auf das Meer(Traumstrände gibt es ja reichlich - überall). Die Vermieter sind ausserdem sehr, sehr hilfsbereit und warmherzige, liebe Menschen. Daher würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen und empfehlen die Unterkunft auch gerne weiter.

Siamo stati benissimo...

Siamo stati benissimo e ci siamo rilassati ed abbiamo ricaricato le batterie. La casa è bellissima arredata con stile, completa di di tutti i comfort ed accessori: stoviglie, TV LED, accesso internet wifi, ecc. In posizione ottima per i servizi offerti dal paese e vicina alla spiaggia. Dalla terrazza si gode di una bellissima vista mare.
