Spacious family friendly 85 square meters villa (3 bedrooms) with spectacular sea views, terrace and a beautiful garden. A quiet hilltop location in a gated condominium of Villaggio Edilhouse. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. Fits maximum of 6 people (2 double beds, a bunk bed and two single beds).

Children travel cot and a child booster seat available. Kitchen refitted in 2017 including a modern dishwasher, gas stove top, oven and cupboards.

Down the hill you’ll find a supermarket, restaurant and a pharmacy. The village market for fresh local food products on Thursdays and Saturdays from June until September about 10 mins walk away.

1 hour drive from Cagliari Airport via new highway. About 1 km / 15 minutes walk to the beach. Renting a car recommended as you can visit more beaches near by and the public transport is not very reliable in Sardinia.

The villa has 3 double bedrooms (one of them a first floor mezzanine), kitchen lounge (with dishwasher), bathroom (with shower), outdoor shower with hot water and laundry.

Located within a well serviced seaside village of Costa Rei benefiting of close vicinity of a range of restaurants, specialist shopping facilities including pasticceria, pescheria, rosticceria, local cheese farm and clothes shops) and a super market & pharmacy.

There are wide range of activities available from quad tours / horse riding tours to renting of bicycles, boats, cars, surf boards ,a diving school and a possibility to visit close by archaeological ancient Sardinian Nuraghi settlements. The nearest Golf course is Tanka Golf & Country Club The 18-hole par 70, designed by Luigi Rota Caremoli, is 5418 m long about 20km drive away.
