Maniace apartments are located in the heart of Ortigia, 2 steps from the Cala Rossa beach, Fontana Aretusa and Castello Maniace, 2 minutes away from Piazza Duomo, Teatro Comunale, Palazzo Bellomo, Piazza Archimede, nearby pizzerias pubs and restaurants.
The archaeological park with the Greek Theater, Dionysus Ear is a half-hour walk. It is a great base to visit other Barocchi sites such as: Noto, Ragusa Ibla and Modica. The charming Taormina is not far away
The accommodation has just been refurbished with finishing touches.
The 70 sqm apartment is air conditioned and consists of a large kitchen (equipped) living area with TV and sofa bed, Wi-Fi, bedroom with TV, bathroom with shower and laundry.

Absolutely perfect!

Beautiful apartment. Adelaide and Paulo have completed a magnificent update in the heart of Ortigia. Centrally located. Very happy place and perfect for a couple. Parking is a little tricky but Adelaide was there to assist. Would definitely choose this apartment again!

The apartment is clean, tidy and very peaceful. It was lovely staying there and the host, Adelaide was very helpful. It is well located on Ortigia and is close to all the local attractions, including the many restaurants. The only, very minor issue during the holiday, was when the wi-fi did not work for several days.

Great apartment in Ortygia

This is a lovely ground floor apartment. It’s a good size for two people. There are no outside windows but there is a large door opening to the courtyard. It’s in a quieter neighborhood yet very close to restaurants and the piazza duomo. Adelaide was very friendly and responsive. It was a delightful stay.
