schöne Unterkunft mit kleineren Renovierungsmängel

Die Unterkunft ist aktuell noch in gutem Zustand wird aber leider nicht mehr in Schuss gehalten. So sind an nahezu allen Fenstern die Moskitonetze defekt welche wohl sehr leicht auszutauschen wären. Der Check in kann nicht bewertet werden da der Schlüssel hinterlegt wurde. Auf eine Kaution sollte verzichtet werden da die Person bei der Abreise nicht erschienen ist. Die Rücküberweisung durch den Eigentümer war aber ohne Probleme und wurde noch währen der Rückfahrt durchgeführt. Das Preisgefüge ist etwas überteuert für die angebotenen Leistungen.

Erholung pur!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr hübsch und gemütlich. Der Pool ist immer sauber und gepflegt und ist mit vielen Liegen ausgestattet. Alles in Allem kann man sich hier einfach nur sehr wohl fühlen. Allerdings ist man unbedingt auf ein Auto angewiesen, da das Haus nicht in Zentrumsnähe ist. Somit ist aber auch die totale Ruhe und Entspannung gesichert. Der Vermieter und die Haushälterin sind immer für Ihre Gäste da, egal ob man einen Arzt sucht oder sonst ein Anliegen hat. Immer wieder gern!!!

Enjoyed our stay

We very much enjoyed our stay in this property. We loved the location (a little away from the major tourist area's). Furthermore the beaches close to the property were great. We also liked the swimming pool a lot as this was great for our 2 and 6 year olds who spend quite some time in the water. We also liked the patio / veranda which was used quite a lot for outdoor living and it offered a lot of privacy. The house itself is a little out of date and could require some refreshment / upgrade of e.g. kitchen and bathroom. Also the furniture and the equipment in e,g kitchen is in need of some upgrade but all still functional. All in all a good stay and recommendable with the above in the back of your mind.
