Villa Florida is a fantastic villa located in Corcovada, just 2 km from the best beaches in the Algarve, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and a golf course. The villa has 7 bedrooms, accommodating up to 18 people. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), both with private bathrooms, and a balcony with sea views. On the ground floor, there are 2 double rooms (one en-suite) and on the lower floor, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living/dining room is spacious, with 2 sofas, TV, Playstation, and access to a terrace with pool views. The villa offers air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

Outside, there is a large pool (heatable as an extra), garden, patio, and barbecue. The area is walled and fenced, providing privacy and security. The villa is a 5-minute drive from Santa Eulália, Maria Luísa, and Oura beaches, and a short distance from Albufeira, the Strip, and other attractions. It is ideal for families or groups seeking relaxation and fun.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 14 guests.

From the 15th to the 20th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

Great villa

Lovely villa, good location, bit of a hill to and from strip but walkable. If not Ubers are very quick and cheap! Great space and we all loved the pool. Plenty of sunbeds and chairs. Great games room which kept a group of teenagers busy! Only thing we think could be improved is being able to store luggage on site prior to check in time and an information pack about what to do with rubbish and info on the local area.

Great stay and a great villa

Overall the villa was exactly how it looks on the website. Great size and was all cleaned and tidied. The games room was amazing and the lay out was perfect for me and my friends. Would 100% recommend staying here as the villa was perfect and the communication with the staff was quick and easy.

The house is perfect situated for going to the beach or the strip, near the old town. The house is big enough and the beds and bathrooms are fine. Also nice are the games in the basement.

Portugal golf trip

The house was exactly as described and was in a great location for our needs. We had lots of room for our group. We made good use of the pool and the and the basement games area. My only suggestion would be that you have on hand a small selection of basic supplies. For example, some hand soap, dish soap, paper towel and toilet paper.

Amazing

From the moment we stepped in we were all amazed hay the villa, almost brand new, comfortable, modern design, absolutely everything you need to spend great holidays there and just relax and enjoy! We were there over 2 weeks and at the end we didn't wanted to leave the villa and definitely will come back as soon as possible. The villa was comfortable enough to accommodate more than 8 people we were there during the vacations. We enjoyed a lot the games room and the barbecue and pool area especially as the weather was amazing. Huge compliments to the owners for making us feel like home and for the effort they put in making peoples vacations a true holidays to remember.

Spacious house with lots of room, nice enough but needs repairs

The villa has 7 BRs, 5.5 baths. Lots of place to sleep. Large kitchen and dining / living area. Everything was very clean when we arrived with clean sheets and towels for our stay. The pool was heated (we paid for this) and made it a decent temperature to swim. It was colder than usual when we went in April. We enjoyed cooking on the outdoor bbq on the nicer evenings. The neighborhood is very quiet. You need to drive to most places but it is quiet at night and away from the loud/busy areas. Weather was bad most days and everything was wet / damp. There was no heat in the house so it was often chilly and damp inside. There are many items that need to be repaired - broken tiles on the stairs to the pool (quite dangerous for small kids - we had to cover the broken areas), the storm shutters only worked sometimes, the coffee machine barely works, etc. There was a single roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (some not even a full roll), one trash bag in the kitchen and literally nothing else. It felt very cheap to rent a house to 11 people for a week and only provide a single trash bag. We nicely asked for a 2nd trash bag and were told that it was self catering and we could go to the store and buy our own. Who wants to buy an entire box of large trash bags? They only provided 1 key to use among 3 families. Super inconvenient. We got the keycode exactly at 4pm for checkin but they tried pushing us to leave earlier on our checkout day to start cleaning.

Villa Florida - Albufeira: Fantastic!

Just come back from a weeks stay in Villa Florida with two other families. The villa was perfect. It had a 'downstairs' with three twin rooms and games room - ideal for teenagers. It was clean, well equipped, and spacious. The villa felt very private, despite being between two others. You weren't overlooked at all. It's location was great: a handy resort just a 5 minute walk away with a shop selling basic provisions. Restaurant 5 minutes walk (which was a real find and would highly recommend). 15-20 minutes walk to the sea. 15-20 minutes walk if you want larger shops / restaurants. All told could not have asked for more.

Lovely villa, well appointed

Spacious and well looked after. Beginning to show its age a little, but everything worked. Almost nothing we would have wanted that wasn't provided. Some baking trays for the kids' fish fingers and chips perhaps. Bit of a walk from the car parking area up a slope to the front door, not a problem for us but someone with less mobility?? Quiet area, didn't experience any intrusive noises. Definitely need a car, just a bit too far to Aldi to want to walk in the heat. Overall, thoroughly to be recommended.

Merveilleux séjour

Villa répondant parfaitement au descriptif. Idéale pour un séjour en famille. Chambres spacieuses. Le petit plus la salle de jeu idéale pour un moment de détente aussi bien pour les grands que pour les plus jeunes. Commerces et restaurants à 5 mn en voiture.

Belle maison, mais l'entretien de la piscine n'est pas au top, le lave vaisselle lave très mal et le lave linge dégage une odeur désagréable. L'océan est assez loin de la maison, il faut une voiture car il n'y a pas de commerce à proximité.

Manque de certains ustensiles, dommages que les lits deux places soient deux matelas côte à côte, la cuisine manque de matériel adéquat. Dommage de ne pas avoir le nécessaire de base également comme sel, poivre, huile, etc.

Perfect For an Extended Family Holiday

The roomy layout of the property makes it perfect for extended families who need to cater for teenagers as well as young children. The games room was popular with all the children (and adults alike) and the heated pool meant that everyone had fun in the water even in October. Modern facilities, comfortable beds and well looked after.

Excelentes férias em família

Estadia de uma semana em família, com grupo de 14 pessoas (adultos e crianças). A casa é espaçosa e bem equipada. Salão de jogos na cave muito bom para passar algum tempo. Espaço exterior acolhedor. Pedimos piscina aquecida e foi uma boa opção. A limpeza deveria ser mais rigorosa, ainda mais nesta altura de pandemia. Apesar da casa ter bons equipamentos, poderia ainda melhorar (por exemplo, poderiam ter rolos de papel higiénico extra e sabonetes novos/embalados nas casas de banho). A assistência por parte dos hospedeiros também poderia melhorar. São pequenos pormenores, mas que fazem toda a diferença na arte de bem receber.
