This is a true 5 star property with only minor concerns.One bedroom does not have access to a full bathroom which is only a problem if different families are sharing and the apartment side has internal access through a bedroom but does have alternative access from an external door.The pool area is well maintained and is sunny for all day with enough pool beds for all our family and has a lockable gate for safety with younger children.My suggestion is that the owners put a sign outside for "Villa Marina" other wise for anyone trying to find the property it is "Lotte 7".Would recommend this for a family get together as this was ideal.

AMAZING VILLA!We were a group of 13, including 5 young children (ages 1 to 7), and I cannot recommend this villa enough for families! Everything about the property is remarkably child-friendly, from the stair gates to the clear pool fencing—which gave all the adults complete peace of mind with the little ones around.The villa itself is spacious, spotlessly clean, and features wonderful large living areas. Outside, the large pool and patio area enjoy sunshine all day long, and having pool towels provided was a huge bonus for saving suitcase space!Communication was prompt and clear throughout, and no request was ever too much trouble. Thank you to Raquelle and the entire team for a truly wonderful holiday—we’d love to come back!

We had a great stay here. The hosts were very accommodating and the house is brilliant! We had 8 adults and 2 children (5&1) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool area was guarded which was helpful. Everything we needed!

Wonderful relaxing stay

Fantastic villa in immaculate condition in a great location. We were a group of 8 adults and 1 toddler, the villa is exceptionally spacious and meant we all had enough room and space. Highly recommend!

Lovely villa; clean, spacious, great for our family holiday! Hosts were very responsive and accommodating - would come again! Only slight feedback is that the villa next door at times could be quite loud (stag party).

Fantastic holiday

We stayed for three weeks and it was wonderful. We celebrated our big birthdays with our family. The villa was amazing, brilliant location walking distance to the town and family golf. I would recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you so much for making our holiday perfect

We stayed here as a family of 11 (8 adults & 3 kids under 3) from 7-14 June.The villa was exceptional! Very spacious inside & outside around the pool & patio areas - the kitchen was well equipped & had plenty of crockery & cutlery for our large group. The marina is a 15/20 minute walk, although there was always the option of an Uber which were always handy & very reasonably priced.I would highly recommend the villa & will hopefully return again soon!

Fabulous property

We stayed in the property for a week and had a brilliant time. The house was very clean anthe pool area was fantastic. Communication with Raquelle was great, she informed me of everything I needed to know ahead of time and the property manager in Vilamoura was on hand for anything we needed, which was nothing as the property had everything. I would recommend and stay again.

The property was amazing and any minor issues were sorted quickly and efficiently. The only thing I would say is that we could have done with a pool clean half way through - by the end of the week the pool was green
