Welcome to our spacious 2 bedroom condo in South Kihei in the popular Kamaole Beach Royale Resort, with a double lanai overlooking the pool, close to restaurants and shops.

If your trip to Maui is all about the ocean and beach, it does not get much better than Kamaole Beach Royale with location less than a one-minute walk to Kamaole I Beach, one of the best in all the islands. Warm-water swimming, pristine snorkeling reef and Maui's soft golden sand awaits directly across the street at Kam1 Beach, regularly named as one of Maui's best beaches. Walking links to Kam II and Kam III Beaches are all amazing and each with its own tone and tempo. In fact, you can now walk up to five miles south on the shoreline path, all the way to the Wailea resorts and beyond. A few blocks north you can take a surfing lesson rent a Kayak . A few blocks south is the Kihei boat launch where boats can take you out for a SCUBA dive, snorkel with the turtles or experience a whale watch cruise. Just a short drive to famous Wailea golf courses and additional Wailea and Makena beaches.

When you are not at the ocean, you're looking at it, with expansive and awe-inspiring views from our 7th floor roof top. When you do not feel like walking to any of the more than a dozen restaurants within a two-block radius-Café La Plage, Coconut's Fish Cafe, That’s a Wrap, Café O’lei, Hawaiian Moons Natural Foods Market; grill and dine on the Kamaole Royales' commercial-level grills on the 7th floor rooftop oasis, where you'll experience one of the best views of the Kihei coastline to be found.
Meet people from all over the world and don’t miss breathtaking sunsets from this hidden treasure on property. During Winter months, view Humpback Whales from the rooftop and from the grassy park across the street.

The unit is fully equipped for all your vacation needs from full sized appliances and kitchen implements to beach towels. Just bring your swimming suit and get ready to relax. We provide complementary high-speed Wi-fi. Livingroom and main bedroom TV are equipped with Spectrum cable TV, back and main bedroom TV for streaming.
Air conditioner with a timer is located in the living area. Ceiling fans are installed in each sleeping space with tower fans available. Ocean breezes flow through the unit during the day by keeping the screen and patio doors open.
We are pleased to offer our guests the use of our many beach toys, including beach chairs, umbrella, 2 boogie boards and wagon to get it all to the beach!

We had the best stay! It was a perfect location, with great beach accessories and everything we could need. It was also a great place to stay with a toddler, the wagon was so helpful to carry him and our things around. 10/10 recommend this place, thank you for helping make our vacation so wonderful.

The amenities were in great condition. Kitchen and supplies were great. We loved the shared condiments and leftovers. There was bottled water in the fridge that worked for our first night. We left bottles for the next guests.The air conditioner worked its little motor hard, but it was a bit warm. It could use a few more large fans; the tower fans were not sufficient. Otherwise, I totally recommend this space. The area is awesome! Walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and short drives to tourist spots around the island.

We loved our stay at this condo in Kihei. The location is amazing, literally walk across the street and you are at the beach . The check in as easy and quick which is appreciated when you get in late. There is a small pool but it was never busy and kids loved it. The amenities were wonderful. We enjoyed using the boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. We used the air fryer daily what a great appliance to have on vacation . Owners are great at communicating. Felt like home away from home.

This place was in a great location, walk to the beach & coffee in the morning. I especially loved that there were hooks everywhere to hang things, this is the most forgot about convenience!

Everything was great with this condo and location. Lots of beach stuff, chairs, snorkles, etc. So close to shopping and resturant and plenty of beach access within short walk. I would defiently stay here again.

Comfortable condo right next to the beach

We very much enjoyed staying in this condo. It was spacious, clean, and as described. We enjoyed the snorkel gear and having a washer and dryer available. The location is great for walking to the beach and places nearby for meals. We would stay again!

First stay at KBR

Generally we enjoyed staying in this unit. We indicated four stars because we had a difficult time getting into the condo. The initial code that was given did not work. Had it not been for the neighbor’s help contacting the owner, we would have had to wait even longer to get the correct code. The condo is well furnished and comfortable. Its location is perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. We would certainly come back to KBR.

Wonderful condo!

The condo was well very appointed and comfortable. It was a quick walk to the beach and other places to eat and shop. One of our favorite things about the condo was the 7th floor deck area. We grilled and watched the sunset there most evenings.

Comfort and convenience

We had a great time! The property was clean and perfect for our needs, as we were mostly out and about and just needed a place to sleep. It was super convenient! The owners were also very communicative and easy to talk to and we overall had a great experience.

Perfect Condo in the Perfect Location

This condo was actually better than the photos. Very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and you can’t beat the location. The beach is a two-minute walk from the condo and there were lots of food options within walking distance. The property owners were very responsive and accommodating. Enjoyed our stay in Kihei. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. Condo had pretty much everything we needed- beach chairs, boogie boards and beach umbrella. The only issue we had was the front bedroom did not have a window covering and it got a lot of sun in the morning.

Excellent stay close to the beach!

The communication and instructions were very clear. We arrived to a clean, comfortable condo with many amenities and it was fully stocked. The washer and dryer were so convenient, we loved the pool on property. The beds and other furniture were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the location, right across from the beach, close proximity to great food and coffee. I hope to return someday!

Our condo is family owned by 3 siblings and their spouses. We all live in Saskatoon, Saskachewan Canada. Now that 5/6 are retired we are grateful to be spending more time on Maui.

Why they chose this property

The condo was purchased by us and our parents early 1980. The central location to restaurants, shops, services and one of Mauis' top beaches make this the perfect vacation spot!

What makes this property unique

The roof top BBQ area has to be one of the best features of the building. Be sure to watch the sunset, BBQ, bring up your meal or just enjoy meeting new people. Our condo is comfortable, spacious and is appointed with everything you need to enjoy a relaxed vacation.
