Gaia Footprint: country house in the heart of the Valdichiana with large enclosed spaces ideal for a holiday with children and animals. Structure easily reachable 5 minutes from the exit of the Valdichiana toll booth. Two-storey house consisting of 2 double and 1 single, 1 bathroom, fully equipped and functional kitchen and a small sitting room. Available linens for the rooms and the bathroom, bed for children, Wi-Fi internet, washing machine, hairdryer and 2 bicycles. In the independent external part of the house, there is a small annexe with a second kitchen and service all fully functional and fenced with parking space and use of the barbecue area. Outdoor whirlpool tub awaits you for pleasant relaxing hours. . The pool is located in a second area completely fenced at the back of the house. Very quiet place and good base for those who want to visit the surrounding area.

Vacanza in Toscana

Per chi vuole organizzarsi una vacanza di questo tipo , difficile riuscire a spendere meglio i propri soldi . Casa ampia , completa ed accessoriata veramente di tutto . Giardino curato , spazioso , perfetto chi ha bimbi , animali domestici od entrambi . Piscina e vasca idromassaggio curate , pulite e sempre disponibili . I proprietari della casa sono stati molto gentili , simpatici e disponibili , senza essere per nulla invadenti , per tutto il periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato . In pratica siamo tornati a casa nostra pienamente felici e soddisfatti di questa vacanza . Super consigliato .

VACANCES AU CALME TOUT CONFORE POUR LES ENFANTS

Bonjour, si vous cherchez le calme, la tranquillité, vous retrouver parents et enfants c'est la maison qu'il vous faut... Nous restions un jour sur deux sur place, il y a une superbe piscine privée svp rien que pour nous ( elle est entretenue tous les matins tôt), un bain à remous, deux espaces de détente,les enfants ont adorés nous aussi d’ailleurs, les photos sont bien conforme à la réalité. La maison est bien située pour faire des excursions ne manquez pas de demander conseil aux propriétaires, ils sont très disponible et surtout super réactif tout en étant très discret. Les propriétaires ont également un restaurant en centre ville (+/- 2km du logement) excellent et pas cher.. nous y sommes allés 3 fois. Bref si vous cherchez le calme avec les commodités pour les enfants tout en pouvant visiter la très belle région je vous recommande cette maison sans hésitation.
