This condo is located halfway up the Boyneland Ski run-the perfect location for a ski vacation!
Consider this Disciple's Ridge Condo your home away from home. This beautifully equipped family gem has just changed owners and (after a facelift) is available as a rental unit. Fresh paint, new linens, updated furniture a new kitchen with professional cookware and brand new carpeting in March of 2023 are just a few of the little things you'll appreciate during your stay.

Located in a prime spot just steps away from the Boyneland slope, this ski in/ski out condo is also within walking distance to the village of Boyne, Avalanche Bay Water Park, Pierson's and Everett's Restaurants, the spa, shopping, tennis courts, the Clock Tower hot tub and all- season outdoor pool.

The condo sleeps up to seventeen people on two levels. Guests may choose to rent the entire five bedroom condo or only the upper three bedroom condo.

An upper level with 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, a full kitchen and living area (sleeps 10)
* Master Bedroom: King Bed, Master bath with shower & Jacuzzi, Flat Screen TV & DVD Player
* Bedroom 2: 2 Queen Beds, Bath with shower, Flat Screen TV & DVD Player
* Bedroom 3: Loft with Queen bed, Sitting area with sectional (pull out queen-size bed), en-suite bathroom, Flat Screen TV & DVD Player
* New Kitchen with all new appliances and granite counters, new dishes & professional cookware.

A lower level with 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom, a full kitchen and living area (sleeps 8)
* Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV & DVD Player
* Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Full Bed, Flat Screen TV & DVD Player
* Bathroom: Shower
* Kitchen with amazing pull out table that will seat 4-10 people
* Washer and Dryer

Linens and towels provided.
Washing machine and dryer are available on the lower level.

Sorry, but absolutely no pets or smoking due to allergies.

Regarding rates: These rates quoted are for parties of 10 or less that would like to reserve the upper three bedroom unit only. This unit contains a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with 2 queen beds and separate full bathroom, a bedroom with another queen bed, a pull out queen sofa and full bathroom, and a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen.

For rental parties greater than 10 that would like to request the entire 5 bedroom condo, the rates will be:
1) (during High Season) $100 more per night during the week and $200 more per night on Friday and Saturday nights
2) (during Low Season) $75 more per night during the week and $100 more per night on Friday and Saturday nights.
That rental will include the additional two bedroom lower unit with a queen bedroom, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bed , a full bath, kitchen and living room.

**Parties who wish to book the entire condo can include the request in the property inquiry or contact the owner for a revised quote.

We having been coming to Boyne for our families annual ski weekend for the past 8 years and this was our favorite condo yet! Condo was very clean and main kitchen was nicely upgraded compared to other condos we have stayed in. Location was perfect and very close to main hill. Check in and out instructions were detailed and we had no issues. I would definetly recommend renting this condo and hope it’s available to rent again next year!

Family and Friends Ski Weekend

We have stayed at several different condos in this area. This is our favorite one! The furnishings allow for good hangout and eating areas. Getting to the slopes was easy enough and you can ski right to the high-speed lift or stay on Boyneland as a beginner. We skied all the way back tot the condo afterwards. We enjoyed our stay!

Property is as described. Brand new carpet throughout the upper and lower unit. Plenty of utensils and cookware. Everything was clean when we arrived. Owners were quick to respond with communication. Our group enjoyed our stay and will stay here again in the future.

Great location

We stay at Boyne mountain a few times per year and have family close so we are very familiar with the area. We went on a very short last minute trip with one other family. We had plenty of space and the location was perfect. The kids could walk safely to the resort area without being on the main road. The condo was quiet and had plenty of light coming in. We did have one issue, but the owner addressed it immediately, even went up to the condo that evening to check on it. I would definitely stay here again!

Great family stay

My kids, grandkids and I had a great stay at this property. The hosts were very responsive and the condo was well-appointed. The only negative for us was that the listing suggested we would have access to the Boyne Mountain Resort pools, but in fact the resort changed their policies and we could only access one pool at a HUGE fee ($25/adult per day, $20/child per day). With a large family group, this was really disappointing. Also, note that other property amenities like the chairlift and suspension bridge are only free to guests who book via the resort, not VRBO. We still had a great time, but thought that others should be aware of these changes.

Plenty of room in this Disciples Ridge condo

This property was perfect for my entire family. We wanted a space big enough to hold all family members for the weekend. We have 3 adult children, an elderly mother and my sister. We were all attending a family wedding for the weekend. The lower unit worked well for my mother who is 83 years old. She doesn't climb stairs easily. We had fun all staying in one location with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Check-in went smooth and really appreciate the extra texts from the owner to make sure we had everything we needed. Great place!

Helped save our family vacation!

We greatly appreciate Mellanee and Harry's flexibility and the opportunity to stay at the condo. We ended up here after a disastrous experience at another rental. The condo was exactly what our family needed and their responsiveness was greatly appreciated by a demanding group. The proximity to Boyne and its amenities was key to keeping the 11 of us entertained and smiling. The three levels gave each family some privacy while having enough space to get everyone together around the table or living space when needed. The Deer Lake Beach was perfect for our group and the short trips to Boyne City and Petoskey gave us even more options for things to do. The condo was clean and updated with enough things in the condo to satisfy the kids and adults. We were extremely fortunate to find this property when we needed to get out of a different rental, but we have talked about coming back again in the future as a family. We would this condo and owners to all. Thank you Mellanee and Harry for saving our 2018 family vacation.

Fulfilled our needs

Thirty members of our family were gathered for the internment of my wife's ashes. Seventeen of us stayed at the property and it was adequate for our needs. However it had the potential to be so much better. Nothing major but numerous minor things. No light bulbs in several lamps. Lamps not plugged in. TVs that did not work. Several loose boards in the decks. The patio covered with junk etc. etc. Some of the furniture is very old and needs to be replaced. As I said it fulfilled our needs and I would rate the property a C+. But a reasonable investment of time and money would make it an A.
