Just outside your door, three miles of coastal trails and pristine beach access beckon for morning walks, sunset strolls, or a day of sun and surf.

Soaring ceilings and large windows frame the picturesque ocean and lush landscape, bathing the home in natural light that highlights every refined detail. The layout is airy and inviting, blending casual beachside comfort with elevated modern living.

The upper level hosts the main living area, complete with a stone fireplace, dining space, and a full bathroom. Outside, a manicured courtyard is perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails. Why they chose this property

We have lived in Del Mar for over 20 years and are passionate about what it offers. A pristine and beautiful coastline. Breathtaking walks high above the Pacific or down along the sand with your feet in the ocean.... Early morning walks watching the pelicans dive or evening strolls hoping to catch the elusive green flash. This small town is unique and retains a character not often found along the Southern Californian coast anymore. There are a wonderful selection of restaurants to enjoy from morning coffee, crepes, organic green smoothies to sophisticated and elegant dining options. Many restaurants offer an ocean view with a breathtaking sunset. Add a glass of bubbly to any Bistro style experience which helps punctuate a simply delicious meal. The beaches offer a variety of prevailing swells and accessibility. Surfing, stand up paddling, body surfing, or just paddling in the shallows. Lounging on the sand with a book is an option everywhere!

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the Del Mar bluffs location where the cottage is built. The proximity to both the beautiful coastline as well as access to the urban lifestyle afforded by the city of Del Mar is incredibly unique. Simply put, to be able to walk to all these activities is an incredible luxury.
