Hot and unbearably buggy
The view is amazing. That said, the unit is worn, there is no AC, there are no screens on the sliding doors and one of the bedrooms and the mosquitos go right through the few screens that are installed. We all had bites but my daughter who slept in the third bedroom had at least 50 mosquito bites and we are worried that she may be sick from the exposure. The temperature was in the 90s but you couldn’t open doors and windows without being infested with mosquitos. Even the windows with screens let the bugs enter the hroom. The management company provided electric bug deterrent plugs for our last night. My suggestion to the owner is to add tighter screens to all doors and windows. The Wi-Fi didn’t work upon arrival which made communication hard without turning on international cell coverage. In the right weather this place would be fine. However, if there is a chance of heat stay away. In full disclosure the unit didn’t advertise AC, but neither did it point out the absence of AC and workable screens.
