This beautiful beach home has beach views across the entire back and sides of the home. It's comfortable, clean and charming. A short walk down the back steps lead to the best beach views on the island. Grab a beach chair, your best friend and a favorite book and dig your toes in the sand along the water's edge. And if you have a fishing pole, make sure to pay close attention because Alligator Point is known as one of the best fishing spots on the Gulf.

We loved iur stay in Alligator Point. The house was decorated so nicely abd had everything we needed. The location on the beach was perfect. There are houses nearby but very few others on the actual beach. It was very relaxing.

We loved the Tin Cup Palace! Mike and Laura were easy to communicate with and very helpful. You can tell they’ve invested a lot of time and energy to make the house a place for families to relax and make memories. That was our goal and that’s exactly what we did. There were times we were the only ones on the beach, which was just out the door. We watched amazing sunrises and sunsets from the back deck and enjoyed having meals and playing board games together at the large table. We are already looking forward to our next visit to the Tin Cup Palace!

Family Beach Trip

Our family enjoyed a week’s stay and it was fantastic! The location is perfect and the views from the front porch were amazing. We woke early each morning and enjoyed our coffee looking at the storms in the distance. The house was roomier than I expected and we had plenty of things to do nearby. Great amenities (beach chairs, cornhole, bikes and a kayak) and the dogs had a blast playing on the beach. Highly recommend!

We loved the house! Awesome location at the beginning or Alligator point and had everything that we needed!! The area under the house is perfect for mid day when it’s hot.

We are native Floridians living in Atlanta for the past 25 years and desperate for more beach time back home. We have three children.

Why they chose this property

The Tin Cup Palace is our 25th Anniversary gift to each other. We love the sugar white sand beach and natural beauty surrounding Alligator Point. This home has beautiful views from all living spaces with windows across the back to look out over the gulf. When we first stayed on Alligator Point we were greeted every morning by dolphins playing along the shore as pelicans and seagulls hovered above. We saw manatees and turtles swim to the shore as we sat in our beach chairs overlooking the water.

What makes this property unique

Peaceful and quiet. This is the forgotten coast. It's charming and reminiscent of Old Florida before the strip malls and crowds cluttered the highways and beaches.
