Luxury beach house 50 meters from the beach, located in a closed community.

This new property is set around the 2 swimming pools and beautifully landscaped gardens, all within 50 meters of the beach. The property has 3 floors and an L-shaped large roof terrace with fantastic views of the beach and sea and the surrounding mountains.
In front of the house there is a private parking space, as well as an assigned underground parking space in the garage with the added advantage that the entire complex is safely closed off.

There are three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the living room is connected to the kitchen with a breakfast bar. A double door leads to the terrace in the garden where there is a dining table.

The living room has a dining table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and fully equipped with a washing machine.

The location is located on a textile beach where naturism is excluded but at 500 meters is one of the largest naturist beaches in Spain. The property has a beautiful sea and beach view as far as the eye can see it. Consisting of fine sandy beach and clean, clear waters of the Mediterranean. This is El Playazo, the large beach of the Almanzora, which has a total of 7 km length from the Rio Almanzora, and Boca del Rio Beach in Villaricos, to the port town of Garrucha, famous throughout Spain for its huge juicy red shrimps or "gambones".

The area is also known as the "dessert of Spain" because of the dry warm climate, the clear light of the Almanzora and the clean sea air combine to offer an outdoor living and vacation style unparalleled in Europe. The absence of noisy crowds and the vastness of space to relax and enjoy the sun make Playa Marqués the ultimate beach vacation time. No dogs allowed.

Beautiful, clean and fab hosts

Two parents, daughters 17-21. Lovely not very busy communal pool. Clean house. Air con and fans throughout. Lovely quiet street. Friendly neighbours. Beautiful view of the bay from the roof terrace with a lovely breeze that took the edge off 30-degree+ heat. Three minute walk to the beach. Sea calm, warm and not busy. Beach never busy. Great bars and restaurants within easy walk. One small supermarket for all house and beach essentials a long five minute walk and a main supermarket and more shops a short 25-minute walk away. Fully equipped kitchen, a bit on the small side but easy for serving food to the open plan dining room and sitting room and two people can easily work in it. Brilliant hosts. Very quick to respond and solve (very tiny) problems, and super helpful generally. Very welcoming and added to the all-round loveliness of our stay. Excellent wi fi and mega selection of digital tv channels. Two cons: No games for the beach or indoors, so bring whatever you need for that (but beach towels, chairs and one beach lounger supplied). Only four loungers for sunbathing on the terrace, which you could take downstairs if you could be bothered. Beach towels, mats and umbrellas provided. You might want to google Vera and its nudist colony. We were surprised and slightly perturbed by occasionally coming across a naked man/couple in the street or bar but you filter them out in the end. Great stay, great weather, great hosts and a lovely property.

De ontvangst op de aankomstdag was geweldig. Huis is precies als volgens de advertentie. Alles is aanwezig in huis. De binnentuin en zwembad is een geweldige aanvulling op het huis (helaas was het water te koud i.vm. de tijd van het jaar). Arnold heeft ook vele tips voor de omgeving. De communicatie verliep uitstekend. Huis ligt pal naast het strand. Het huis en de omgeving heeft ons een geweldige vakantie gegeven.

Das Haus war genau wie in der Anzeigen beschrieben. Man konnte direkt von der Terasse zum Pool. Auch von der Haustür zum Meer waren es nur 50 Meter. Einfach ein Traum. Wohnung ist auch super ausgestattet. Ist auf jedenfall zum empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Arnold en Carla hebben hun zaakjes goed voor elkaar. De Casita is van alle gemakken voorzien en gezellig ingericht. Enkele extra pluspunten: keuken klein, maar prima uitgerust. Bedden voortreffelijk en overal zon rondom het huisje wat belangrijk is in de winterperiode. De pelletkachel komt dan ook goed van pas. Arnold en Carla gaven welkome tips en stonden voor ons klaar. Hübsches Turmhaus

Dieses Objekt liegt wunderbar perfekt in der Nähe zum Strand. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Gasgrill. Der einzige kleine Makel war das für den Oktober schon etwas sehr frische Poolwasser, was auch andere Gäste in der Anlage so empfanden. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

We were so impressed with this property. It was clean and brightly decorated and the owners have provided everything you need for your stay. From coffee machines in the master bedroom to sun loungers by the pool and chairs and unberallas for the beach. There were even sunlounges on the roof terrace. If I had not had a 14 and 9 year old with me, I would not have left the property. We could step outside and be on the beach in about 50 paces. There is a funky beach bar and 2 busy restaurants to eat/dance at. Or we sunbathe in the lovely courtyard area taking dips in the pool or heading to the roof tearrace to catch the breeze when it became too hot by the pool. The views of the beach and the mountains are breath taking! I cannot rate this property enough and I hope to return in the near future. Thank you Carla and Nerfs. Your property is great.

Das Haus ist wirklich toll und die Nähe zum Meer auch. Uns war es nachts nur zu laut, sei es durch die zweite Strandbar, die Müllabfuhr (die nachts um 2 fährt) oder durch Musik im Umkreis. Wen das nicht stört, der ist dort prima aufgehoben.

Fabulous house in a perfect location.

The house looked perfect on the website and I wasn’t disappointed! It’s a beautiful house and well furnished with extras that I have never had before in a private rental. Although the temperature was over 30 degrees most days the house was cool due to the design. The roof terrace was perfect for barbecuing and dining with a beautiful sea view. Ray, who manages the property, was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. Many thanks Ray 😊. I would love to make a return visit in the future!

Wij zijn net terug en willen nu alweer. Het huis is groot, mooi aangekleed, schoon, volledig uitgerust en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook met de kleinsten is rekening gehouden tot traphekje aan toe. Er is een prachtige binnentuin met zwem- en peuterbad, waar een weldadige rust heerst. Aan de voorkant loop je naar zee, met een breed strand. Waar je bent aan strand of het geweldige dakterras, overal heb je prachtig uitzicht op zee of de bergen. Er is voldoende natuur om te wandelen of fietsen en leuke of mooie dorpjes te bezoeken. Kortom, wij komen terug!

Een frisse en knusse cassita vlakbij het strand, een geweldige ervaring zo dicht bij het strand.

Dit huis is zeer aan te bevelen omdat je er heerlijk kan wonen met buiten terrassen, alle kamers hebben verwarming dus ook als het iets frisser is goed te verblijven. Een perfecte buitenbarbecue op het bovenste dakterras met uitzicht op zee! De bedden waren perfect. Ook zijn er allerhande sporten dichtbij, en wandelgebieden of fietspaden. Je komt uitgerust terug van vakantie. Ook zijn er in de omgeving diverse golfbanen. Een huis van alle gemakken voorzien.

Lovely cool house very near beach, with beautiful view on great roof terrace, including grill and dining table. The whole house is well taken care of, clean, nicely decorated and very homely. Kitchen is also well equipped. Lovely downstairs outside terrace too and garden with swimming pool, shared with other houses. Good restaurants and supermarkets are not far, a car is recommendable. No complaints at all; lovely house to rent!
