Great stay in Flaine

Myself and 4 friends had a great week in Donn’s apartment. It was really clean on our arrival and was well equipped, with good showers and comfy beds. Short walk to the ski lifts. It was my first visit to Flaine and really enjoyed it

Fun in Flaine..

The property was appropriate for a family, with 3 young children!Great balcony, which had the bulk of the daily ‘sunshine’Well located, close to ‘shops’ and a 10 min walk to the slopes..Great communication with the property owner, excellent check in instructions.Only criticism was there was no microwave, which would have been handy!Otherwise the apartment was as described..

Great place with slight issues

The location is great and enjoyed our stay.It was difficult to find and required a local to walk us to the apartment block. A simple map would worked as the town is on multiple levels. The linen and towels are NOT included. This was missed at booking and on the introduction email. I assumed these would be included. 25 per set. Reception DO NOT have any.Accommodation is clean, 100m from a pub, cafe, supermarket, bowling alley, ski shops and lift down to the main town.

The apartment feels uncared for. Cheap plastic chairs (one broken), no corkscrew, two lightbulbs not working, missing bed linen, only three pillows - the remainder are cheaper cushion fillers, mismatching glasses, worn our frying pan with a curved base, no toilet paper on arrival, no plug for the kitchen sink. All small things, but give the impression that the management team aren't really interested. So, disappointing and expensive for what's on offer. Hence one star.

Un super séjour au ski

Nous avons passé un super séjour au ski !!! L'appartement, idéalement placé proche des pistes, est refait à neuf, très bien équipé avec une vrai connexion WIFI. La literie est top. Rien à redire, je recommande vivement. L'arrivée se fait facilement, la place de parking est un réel confort. Nous avons reçu les instructions quelques jours avant.
