Location, location, location !!! Wonderful central air conditioned 3 bedroom home with 2.5 bathrooms including an updated ensuite bath for the primary bedroom and a large hot water outdoor shower! Steps from family friendly Corporation Beach -so easy to walk back for lunch, drinks, etc. This bay side beach has full amenities and serves breakfast and lunch and also offers amazing sunsets! In addition, there is an infant and child friendly swing set near the snack bar. Living room, dining room, open kitchen into family room, large deck with grill, seating area and outdoor dining. Kitchen is "want for not" i.e. Keurig, Ninja blender, coffee maker, microwave, fully stocked right down to the lobster pot. The property features a dryer and up-to-date washer, dishwasher and ice maker. Walk to restaurants and quaint Cape shopping in Dennis Village or take in a movie or Off Broadway Play at the charming Cape Cod Playhouse. Every room has been repainted and updated. Includes high speed wireless internet and a large screen smart television. A true gem!
This property rents from Monday to Monday to provide a full weekend experience. Also, you will avoid the weekend on and off Cape traffic!

Ultimate beach vaca

Our family loved the proximity to Corporation beach which only made our beach days even more fun. Great to pop back for lunch, drinks or take a break from the sun.The house had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed dinners on the deck most nights. Amazing area to vacation, hope to return next summer!

Family Time

Outstanding, I felt happy and excited during our stay. Plus spent quality time with my loved ones. We created unforgettable memories. Overall, our Cape vacation was a memorable one. The Host OMG just great checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. Just wonderful :>)

Superb

You can't beat the location. A couple of houses away from a private beach. We had small children with us and no worries about huge waves. The kids could enjoy the water. The house suited our crew very well but the most used "room" was the deck off the family room. My son-in-law said he never stayed anywhere this tranquil. The house was "covid" cleaned which meant we had no worries. And Susan is the best owner I have ever worked with. I would give the location, property and Susan six stars out of five.

Ideal Location & Comfortable Home

This home in Dennis is the perfect location for a quick walk to Corporation Beach or little longer walk into town. The master bedroom and bath have recently been remodeled and are very comfortable. The other two bedrooms are smaller, but not cramped. The back deck was a favorite spot for morning coffee and dinner. The backyard is well landscaped to provide privacy. The house is very comfortable. The location is central to most everything - Cape Cod Baseball League games, numberous restaurants and ice cream spots, pickleball courts, the Cape Cod Rail Trail. It's close to beaches on the bay side and an easy drive to the ocean side National Parks beaches. We also enjoyed swimming at Scargo Lake, Cliff Pond, and Seymour Pond. We saw a show at The Cape Playhouse which was very professional and lots of fun. The owner is also very responsive. We loved it and look forward to returning!

Wonderful property!

We had a fantastic time at this wonderful home! The house was clean, spacious, and the many updates made the experience extremely comfortable. We loved the short (3 min!) walk to corporation beach; which made all the difference (not having to load up the car was amazing). Susan was a phenomenal host - she responded immediately to any questions, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We felt fortunate to have found such a fantastic rental, and can’t wait to return!

Wonderful!

This cozy, comfortable cottage was perfect for our one week stay in Dennis. Location can’t be beat - 2 minute walk to Corporation Beach. Quiet neighborhood, even with mild beach traffic, great for walks, jogs and biking. Close to nearby restaurants, shops and museums. Susan is an excellent host- welcomed us with wine, cheese and a nice note. Checked in via text during our stay to ensure everything was ok. We weee very pleased with our stay- Great vacation spot!

Cape escape

Really enjoyed our stay. The best part was being so close to the beach. Even though it was close to the beach, it was set back from the road and surrounded with trees and shrubs, so was very private. The house was well stocked with dishes and pans. Loved the ice maker! The owner was very helpful.

Wonderful stay right near Corporation Beach

We rented this place while staying in town to visit family. Fantastic proximity to Corporation Beach, which was great for our young son (and lugging all the beach gear). House is charming, much bigger than pictures suggest. Very quiet, peaceful setting with a great deck. The owner Susan was responsive and checked in on us during our stay a few times to make sure we had everything. We will definitely consider staying again!

Great Stay in Dennis!

Susan’s house is wonderful! You’re a short 2 minute walk down to the beach. The beach is very kid-friendly as well. The house is picturesque. We noticed people admiring it as they walked by. We were very happy with our stay!

Wonderful home with a 3 minute walk to the beach!

Our family had the most lovely vacation while staying at this property! The home was as described and very clean--we found the outdoor shower, porch (with dining table and a sitting area), and washer/dryer to be particularly valuable in making our stay comfortable as we have three young children. The best part of this home is the three-minute walk to Corporation Beach, a favorite of ours! The beach parking lot would often fill up by 8am--we could see the cars having to turn around from the house and the luxury of being able to meander to the beach when we were ready was a highlight. (And, being able to easily return to the beach in the evenings to eat at the Surfside Grill or to watch the sunset was awesome!). The owner was easily reached before and during our stay. We are grateful we found this gem that allowed us to have fantastic Cape Cod vacation!

In the fall of 2001, David and I bought this seaside retreat from my parents', Dave and Pris Deacon. (David and I own a 4th generation flower & gift shop in Farmington, Ct.) My parents' bought the lot at 175 Corporation Road when I was a baby and we always spent 2 weeks every summer in a rental property on Corporation Road. In 1973, I found the plans for the L shaped one car garage ranch in The Hartford Courant and it was built by a local builder. Our family of four spent the month of July 1974 doing all the painting and staining. It was the longest time we had ever spent there! Since completion, it has always been rented for the summers.

Why they chose this property

We grew up renting different places on Corporation Road and we're friendly with The Swift Family from Corporation Road. The Cape is a magical place and we looked forward to our two weeks there every summer!

What makes this property unique

We are 500 feet away from family-friendly Corporation Beach which has a swings, restroom facilities and a snack bar. You can enjoy dinner while watching the sun set over the beach. BYOB- so relaxing! Located less than a mile from Dennis Village, The Cape Cod Playhouse, wonderful gift shops and restaurants and a wine bar with entertainment nightly - Wednesday- Sunday! Also, a short drive away is our beloved Smuggler's Ice Cream Parlor - with all flavors made on site!! Yummm!
