This 3rd-floor, 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa is located on the poolside of the Beach Tower and is perfect for couples or families. Two of the bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, providing privacy and comfort for all guests.

- About the Ko Olina Resort -
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located within the world-famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina, positioned on the second of the resort’s four lagoons. Stroll the 1.5-mile walkway that connects the lagoons, passing landmarks like the new Four Seasons Resort, Disney’s Aulani Hotel & Spa, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The Ko Olina Golf Course, which has hosted the Lotte LPGA Tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina are also nearby. With a six-night minimum stay, there’s plenty to explore at the Beach Villas and beyond.

- Why Choose the Beach Villas? -
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are among the newest and most exclusive oceanfront condominiums available for rent on Oahu. Located 25 miles from the busy streets of Waikiki, Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).

- Villa Features -
This 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa features stunning views of the lagoon pool and lagoons 2 and 3. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests (children under 2 are excluded from the count).
- Master Bedroom: King-sized bed, private en-suite bath with a deep tub, double sinks, walk-in shower, and access to the lanai with views of the pool and southwest coast.
- Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with a 3/4 bath just outside the door in the hall.
- Third Bedroom: Two twin beds (convertible to a king upon request) with a private bath.

Additional amenities include:
- Sofa bed in the living room
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children.
- Open lanai with comfortable seating and views of the lagoon pool and resort.
- Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.

**Our parking stalls are best suited for compact vehicles. Guests with vehicles that require a larger parking stall may be subject to a one-time $25 parking fee for use of a larger space, subject to availability.

We also provide beach essentials including beach chairs, towels, an ice chest and toys for the little ones. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.

During your stay, explore the resort’s four man-made lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, especially for families with young children. Visit the Ko Olina Marina for ocean activities, or enjoy world-class shopping and dining at the nearby Aulani and Four Seasons resorts. Great Family Spot

Great facilities. The private cove was wonderful. Rob took great care of us by the ocean. It was great to have our family of adults and teens all under one roof and not cramped. The Beach Tower 307 was nice. Some of the appliances made some noise when used but it didn’t get in the way of our stay. Parking was especially easy and accessible! We would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful relaxing villa

We came to Hawaii for a week for my youngest son's wedding. in Waikiki. We chose to stay here at villa in Ko Olina and are so glad we did. There were six of us, all adults and all family. This was the perfect place for us. It was the base for everything we did. It is only 30-40 minute drive to Waikiki or almost anywhere else on the island. We liked the laid back style here as opposed to all of the traffic and people in Waikiki. Each of three couples had their own bedroom and their own bathroom. The unit was clean and well maintained. We loved hanging out on the lanai, hanging out by the pool, snorkeling in the lagoon, etc. We used the snorkel gear and beach chairs that were provided. The unit was clean and well maintained and everything was as advertised. We had a great week in Ko Olina and Hawaii.

This villa is a dump - steer clear!

This was hands down the absolute worst unit we have ever rented at the Beach Villa's and we have been coming here for over 10 years. We have stayed in many units in the Beach Tower and have never been so disappointed. Steer clear of this particular villa. Prior reviews are positive, but seem to mainly focus on the overall resort, not this unit. Clearly this villa has not been maintained well by the management company, Beach Villa Realty. In addition to a major issue we had with water flooding the kitchen (water was pouring out of our ceiling from the unit above us like a waterfall) we unfortunately had many other issues: 1. The unit dirty upon arrival - not cleaned well/sanitized upon arrival*Dishes and glassware were not clean - they all had a strange film on them - had to be rewashed by hand *Bathroom drawers were filthy - liners were clearly never removed for cleaning of drawers between guests - had to be cleaned by us upon arrival*Fans were covered in dust/dirty with poor performance*Outdoor furniture: cushions were stained and absolutely filthy and the furniture itself was very worn*Pull out sofa was disgusting - food and dirt all over the mattress and mattress pad - it was unusable*Very dirty ceiling vent in kitchen 2. All bathroom shower faucets were awful - did not work well 3. Dishwasher did not work well and smelled very moldy when first opened and even after wash - we ultimately ended up handwashing after every meal 4. Smoke alarm in master bedroom beeped a very loud and high pitch beep daily - sometimes during the day, sometimes at 2am.. Very startling and us and woke us many times. Our request for assistance was ignored by management company. 5. The dryer was INCREDIBLY inefficient 6. The twin bed headboards are rickety and make a ton of noise when someone gets into or out of bed 7. Dining chairs are worn and need attention - many are wobbly and missing bolts - we had to tighten two ourselves 8. Island counter stools are also very worn and drag very loudly when pulled out for use 9. Many of the curtains don't work properly and some of the windows don't shut/lock properly. 10. No blankets for the pullout and futon (only sheets) - we had to purchase additional blankets. This unit was was sub-standard at best. There are better units out there - read the reviews carefully and really look at the images on the VRBO posts.

Oahu 2022

The property was beautiful and grounds perfect for our family. The bay had amazing snorkeling and the perfect sunsets. The “kids pool” which is really an amazing huge multilevel meandering pool was so much fun and impeccably maintained. There were a few things broken in our villa including coffee maker and half the snorkel gear. Checkin was a frustrating endeavor as we were told we could check in a few hours early so we came with groceries and were then told to wait an additional hour because the villa had been trashed. Usually not a big deal but with 6 weary travelers including a 5 year old it was difficult. We never actually met the on-site managers so not the smoothest of stays. Still, just a beautiful and perfect location. We will hopefully return!

Amazing property, perfect for a relaxing vacation

We stayed at this property for a family vacation which included myself, wife, two kids and grandparents. I like to cook rather than always eat out and we not only made use of the kitchen extensively but the outside grills as well. The pool is a short elevator ride away. The beach is right outside the pool area. We went to the beach twice a day popping in to grab food at lunch time. So convenient. For a family looking for a relaxing time at the pool and beach I can't recommend this enough.

Paradise

Honestly I was worried that our room was not going to look as good in person as it did in pictures….I had no reason to worry. The room itself is beautiful. There were 7 of us and we all had plenty of space. The staff around this resort are absolutely wonderful people. Very helpful and out going. We were quite impressed with the lagoon. Not overly crowded. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy a good book. The pool and hot tub were also very enjoyable….. can not wait for our next visit.

Wonderful Hawaii

The three bedroom condo is perfect for our family of seven. The balcony overlooked the pool so we could watch our kids having a wonderful time in the pool. Also, the manicured beach was a few steps away and our family enjoyed the ocean view and snorkeling. This is an excellent location to enjoy Hawaii.

Perfect vacation!

We had an amazing stay at Ko Olina. The property was so much more than we expected. It's the perfect size for a large family and the location was great! There were plenty of beach toys for the little ones and the kitchen was very well equipped!

Beautiful Vacation Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Ko Olina. It was an ideal spot for our family with 2 children and 6 adults. Everything in the apartment was exactly as described. It was well decorated and had excellent appliances to enjoy cooking a few meals. We had a beautiful view of the pool and the cove, which were excellent places to relax. Our only complaint was that the facility did not offer use of the pool on check out day. I have always been offered use of the pool and a place to shower at other properties in Hawaii. Flights leave in the evening, and this has always seemed standard before. Considering the price of rent at Ko Olina, leaving a bad impression at check out is bad policy.

Amazing

The property is beautiful and has very quick access to the lagoon. It wasn’t crowded and the atmosphere was relaxing. Our four children had an amazing time snorkeling in the lagoon and were able to see tons of fish. Michael’s villa is beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. It is stocked with everything you could ever need as far as beach toys and chairs as well as kitchen supplies. Michael is as very responsive and was there to greet us and show us how appliances worked. He even put away all of the groceries we ordered before we arrived. If you book this villa you won’t want to leave. My family had a fabulous time and is already looking forward to booking again in the future.

Week of Paradise

The Ko Olina Beach Villas Resort is paradise on Earth! Our three bedroom villa was exactly as pictured with outstanding views of the ocean and pool area. We enjoyed the beautiful spacious lanai from very early morning until bedtime. The lagoon and pool area were gorgeous and well maintained daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Family Reunion

We rented three condos at KoOlina (2 managed by Michael) and we enjoyed ourselves so much. Michael is very responsive and friendly. The condo is accessible and with views of the pool, we felt as though the entire family was together the whole time. What an amazing experience.

Beautiful!

We had a great visit to Oahu and this condo was really nice. So many nice touches. Loved the ‘disappearing wall’ sliding doors and the view. The amenities in the apartment were so nice too. Check in was great and the quick tour of the property and the appliances was really helpful. Quick tip about the dryer, the clothes will still feel slightly damp when it’s done but after being out of drier for about 30 seconds they feel dry. Also for some reason the dryer kept turning off and on while running but it does work :-)

Great location, super clean, nice property!! But, beware of exorbitant fees! Nightly rate went from what was quoted, to almost 50% more with the addition of cleaning, VRBO and other fees.

Beautiful Property

The property is beautiful. The pool is beautiful. The beach is perfect, and it isn't crowded. First, the check in process was easy. Our manager greeted us in the lobby, met us in parking garage (with a luggage trolly), and walked us to the condo. She even gave us a short tour of the condo, and provided us with all the information we needed. Next, the condo is perfect. It was clean and comfortable, and it is stocked with everything you need to cook. It even had a bag of coffee to last the first few days. I do not have any complaints, but I do have a few suggestions: 1) The kitchen was 100% stocked with anything you might need to cook, but with all the full cabinets, I would have loved a cabinet left empty to store the groceries we purchased; our groceries had to be left on the countertops. 2) The beds are comfortable; however, the pillows are just okay. A few of them are slightly lumpy and might need to be updated. Overall, this is a great property. We had a great trip, and we enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway

The property was great, pool, hot tubs, onsite bar, easy parking and room access. Centrally located on the west coast of the island so easy access to Honolulu/Waikiki as well as the North Shore. The room was as advertised and impressive. The washer and dryer are a bit small and the dryer takes all day to dry a load so I wouldn't plan on maintaining laundry through the stay. Aside form that I have no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Our whole family thought the stay was amazing. The pool and grounds were beautiful and perfect for our grandsons. The beach was very convenient and the walkway around the bays was perfect for our morning strolls. We did have a small problem with the air conditioning upon arrival, but the service maintenance was prompt and efficient.. We especially wanted to mention the service technician, Dao, who was extremely personable and professional. He took care of our problems and made a great impression on us.
