About this property

Detached Villa with Swimming pool, Barbecue, Air conditioning and Pool table

The area is peaceful and has many English and Spanish residents.

The lounge has free air conditioning and a sofa bed if required.

There is a 40 Inch satellite television includes popular UK and full international channels including Spanish, German, French, Italian in addition to local free-to-air channels. We have free Wi Fi that your phone, and laptop can be connected to.

Separate kitchen and lounge one bedroom and bathroom is downstairs ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Guests staying will have linen and towels provided, also a cot for infants if needed. There is a security safe.

There is a great garden space and upstairs solarium with sunbeds which is very hot at times and offers great privacy as the house is on a corner plot and cannot be overlooked in the daytime.

The house has a car port with table and chairs. The garden has a range barbecue, table with pergola and pool table.

The shared pool with sunbeds is very relaxing and great for a proper swim and is only a minutes walk from the villa.

With Just a short walk you will find a supermarket and local restaurants and bars.
The peaceful location and views is great for getting away from it all. The location between El Cotillo and Corralejo is great and its only a short drive by car to either.

Both beach locations are the most amazing which could be truly match anywhere in the world. From the windows and terrace of the property, you can also enjoy views of the mountains, villages and in the distance you can just view the ocean.

Comfortable, spacious house

Great location for exploring the north of the island. The house is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Nice communal pool.

Good communication from Derek. Villa very comfortable. Everything needed was there. Car essential for easy commutes but bus service also seemed good and ran on time. Local supermarket and bar were within walking distance and offered a good selection. Pool area good size and clean but water a bit cold at this time of year. All in all, perfect break.

Great holiday

This is a very good villa for spending a few days with the family. Better even if you already know your way around Corralejo. The villa is fully equipped and there's a maintainance service in case anything happens. 5min drive to Corralejo and 15 to the wonderful beaches of El Cotillo. It has been a very good choice.

Great villa well kept clean and presentable.

I stayed at from July to August 2018. Firstly good communication from Derect emails answered quickly. Great value for money as the villa is well kept and comfortable. All rooms are of a good size with plenty of storage space. Lounge is large and Uk TV channels are a bonus. Pool table was great fun and breaks up the sun bathing which is not my favourite thing. Neighbour next door was a really nice guy as were his family, as they do not rent out it’s worth a mention. The Pool on site is only a few minutes away and although not that big, it never got that busy and we always got a sun lounger. It’s more of a place for spending a few hours not the entire day as it’s just a pool with bathroom facilities, but again it’s well kept and clean. I would say car hire would be advisable but there is a shop and bar within walking distance. 5-10 min drive to the water park and the main town which has plenty of shops and restaurants. Beaches are a similar distance but they seem to be so many to choose from I’m sure you find one you would like. We enjoyed are stay and Dereck has plans for a BBQ area and covered outdoor eating area which will improve the villa. We would return and stay in the villa again, the area grows on you as you find your way round. The cleaners are nice and a fountain of knowledge about the area pity I didn’t speak to them in the first week as we may have found some other places to go. Thanks

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, großes Haus, perfekt für Familie oder Freundesgruppe

Wir hatten zu 5. eine tolle Zeit und genug Platz in dem großen Haus. Die Lage war in einem kleinen Ort bis auf die große Straße in der Nähe eigentlich ruhig und gut um entweder Richtung Corralejo oder El Cotillo auszuschwärmen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, im Haus ist alles da, was man braucht, einzig das Wlan hat nicht funktioniert. Sonst alles gut und für den Preis auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Our villa is maintained to a standard that we would ask for ourselves. We have a first class management team looking after the property for us.

Why they chose this property

The property is in a great location slightly out from the main town and is between two fantastic coastal retreats of Corralejo and El Cotillo. The house has mountain views and you can see the sea to the distance. Its really peaceful and a great place to get some peace and quiet. We have just installed a barbeque in the garden.

What makes this property unique

The community pool is great because its a good size and you can have a proper swim also. Its always clean with decent facilities and the neighbours are really friendly.
