Why they chose this property
This house is a perfect place to explore Cardiff and the rest of South Wales. And the UK. It is only two hours by train or car to London and in two hours you can be on the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast. It is a very welcoming property, very light with a beautiful conservatory that You can sit in and relax, enjoying the daylight even on winter days. Although the house is only 4 miles away from the centre of Cardiff, because it is all a lane and opposite the church it Has a tranquil feel about it. It is a contemporary style but with a certain charm of tradition.
What makes this property unique
This is a large, light and airy house with a very positive vibe. It has a lovely big conservatory at the front of the house which is South West facing so even on Winters days it is light. The house will be decorated for Christmas with a Tree and candles so it will be a really happy memorable experience for everyone that stays. The kitchen is large and great for sitting around the table and chatting.
