Baseball trip to Barcelona

My recent stay had many positives, but one major issue prevented it from being a 5-star experience. The accommodations themselves were comfortable, and I appreciated the prompt response when a window needed fixing. However, a serious cleanliness issue overshadowed my stay.At some point during my visit, there was vomit left unattended in a common area. Despite bringing it to management’s attention, there was little to no urgency in addressing the problem. As of 10 PM on March 17th—days after the issue was first reported—the vomit was still there. This is not only unacceptable but also a complete failure of basic hospitality and sanitation standards. To make matters worse, garbage I had set aside in the washer area (intended for disposal the following day) became contaminated with the mess. It gives the impression that the issue was being ignored, possibly in hopes that I would check out before it had to be addressed. If there had been no resolution, I would have shared my experience across multiple review and travel platforms. However, the management did acknowledge the issue and offered me compensation, which I accepted. While I appreciate their willingness to make things right, the
