The property is tired and needs updating. The outside trees need cutting back as they are filled with mosquitoes. Beds and pillows not comfy. It’s a beautiful house but it needs some investment. The pool has missing tiles and our children cut their feet in the pool. The outdoor area is rotting away. It’s an expensive property for what it currently is. Could be amazing

Martorell House

Service prior to our stay was excellent, Juame was most helpful. I felt the price of the accommodation was very expensive especially as it was out of season, indeed the same villa is now 500 euros less than we paid. We were disappointed with the size of the kitchen for the amount of guests and the lack of glasses e.g. wine glasses. Additionally the pool was not cleaned when we arrived - even though we would not be able to use it we were still disappointed that it was so dirty. Further recommend some basics are there for guests arriving, e.g. not all toilets had toilet paper in them, none of them had soap. There was only one set of keys for guests, due to the entry system, all guests had to leavereturn at the same time.

Thank you very much for your comments. We take note of these details to improve our service because it is very important to us. Relative to the accommodation rates, your stay was on Easter Time, in Spain is a very high season.

Table à manger à l'intérieur trop petite pour 10 personnes.
