A beautiful property

This was the second time we have stayed in this beautiful property near Vire. It is modern and well maintained with a loverly private garden overlooking fields. It is in a perfect position to explore Vire and Normandie. We visited the beaches near Granville, Omaha beach American cemetery, Bayeaux and took the train to Paris on 3 occasions. We will definitely be booking again. :-)

Ruhe und Erholung pur

Ein liebevoll renoviertes, sehr gut, zum Teil mit antiken Möbeln, ausgestattetes kleines Bauernhaus auf dem Lande. Die nahe gelegene kleinere Stadt Vire bietet alles, was notwendig ist. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ideal für Ausflüge in eine schöne und historisch interessante Umgebung. Ziele wie Bajeux, St. Malo, Caen sind innerhalb einer guten Stunde erreichbar. Wir hatten einen erholsamen und interessanten Urlaub in einem schönen Ferienhaus

First-rate gite, comfortable, very well equipped, looking over peaceful meadows; friendly hosts

A lovely spot to relax and enjoy all the sunshine we had. Nearby lake and voie verte handy for exercise. St Germain village, Vire and the local markets together offered good food shopping and plenty of cafes/bars for lunch and people-watching. Granvile and Fougeres made good day trips.
