Wir waren als Paar 62/61 in der Wohnung. Die Einrichtung ist komplett und neuwertig. Die Terrasse ist perfekt. Uns hat es super gefallen. Es ist Nachts sehr ruhig in der Anlage. Der Pool lädt zu einem erfrischendem Bad ein. Mit dem Aufzug kommt man perfekt aus der Tiefgarage in die Wohnung. Ein Auto muss sein. Fazit: Jederzeit gerne wieder

Perfect place for a family vaccation

For us as a family of 4 it was a perfect place to be. The appartment is in a quiet and nice complex but still close enough to the beach, bars, supermarkets, etc. Everything we needed was there and Dominicus gave us very helpful recommendations in advance. We would definitely come again.

Great Apartment Spacious and a large balcony good cooking facilities and laundry facilities.

This apartment is first class clean modern with good facilities in great location although there is some walking involved. It is very quiet at night no parties going on, has wifi and a good tv. Nice outdoor pool and a good few shops close by including Grand Sur shopping centre, with a supermarket and varies shops, we liked the Mexican and Dona's coffee shop they sell great coffee one Euro for a Cortado!! The owner Dominicus is very nice and nothing is too much hassle. I would recommend it, and we will return!

Ruim, proper welgelegen appartement

Het is een ruim, proper appartement voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Het is in een rustig complex gelegen, met rustige zwembadzone. Eigen ondergrondse parkeergelegenheid. Het appartement is zoals het is weergegeven op de site. Wel wat geluidshinder door toilet van de bovenburen. In de buurt is een bakker, slager, restaurant, .. gelegen, maar voor verdere verplaatsingen is een auto toch een aanrader daar het heuvelachtig is. Zeer goed contact met verhuurder. Een aanrader!!

Appartement conforme au descriptif, spacieux et bien équipé. Situé sur les hauteurs de Costa Adeje, au calme, tout en étant proche des commerces et restaurants du centre ville. Idéalement situé pour visiter Tenerife. Propriétaire sympathique et de bon conseil. A recommander.

Recommendation

Apartment was as is described and we were more than happy with the facilities. Complex was residential and very quiet . I would recommend a car as apartment was up a very steep hill . Beautiful view from balcony with a reasonable view of the sea in the distance . Apartment was well stocked with pots pans etc , and complex was immaculate . The pool was not heated so we were unable to use it in January . The booking process was very smooth and damage despoit was returned within a week of leaving . So to summarise if you are looking a quiet base with access to the main street of Adeje by car in around 5 mins this place will be idea for you . Mark
