Ground floor apartment fully renovated west facing beautiful views of the mountains with terrace, not overlooked and having received the LABEL ACCOMMODATION LES BELLEVILLE 3 FLAKES OF GOLD

Quiet and comfortable, it is arranged to receive you 4 p (possiblité a 5th person)

It consists of a completely independent adult bedroom with new bedding 2 places with window on the outside, 2 beds in a bunk bed retractable in a closed and also independent sleeping area, a sofa bed in the living room (beds 2 pull-out beds possible)

 Separate toilet and new bathroom with heated towel rail

Free parking at the foot of the residence.

The shops are 2 steps away, several restaurants are accessible in a few minutes walk from the residence.

The Croisette (center station) is connected by free telebenne from 8h to 23h.

It is exposed west and enjoys a nice view completely unobstructed on the mountains without any opposite.

The slopes are at the foot of the apartment guaranteeing a departure and a return to skis

It is equipped with a dishwasher, a combination microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, Senseo, fondue / raclette, radio, flat screen TV and dishes for 8, board games a few paperbacks children's games.

Great snow, great ski, great location

We stayed as family of 4 for a week. Apartment perfect size. Access to the slopes within metres of apartment and simple ski down to the Betex lift. All communication, check in/out and equipment was perfect. Would definitely stay again

Nice peaceful accommodation

Loved the location, the view is straight onto the mountain with no other properties in between. We were able to collect our skis from the ski locker on the ground floor and with just a steps we were on the slopes. In the evening we were just a short walk from the shops and made regular use of the free preyerand lift which took us up to the centre of town with all the shops and restaurants. Because of the nice quiet location it was a bit of an effort to arrive/leave with luggage. Our host was friendly and helpful. The apartment is very small for our family with 2 older teenagers but we knew this when we selected it and it was manageable even for 2 weeks.

Family Ski Holiday

Compact for a family of 5, including 3 teenagers - exactly as we expected. It worked well. The appartement is in great condition and we had a wonderful 2 week holiday. Good parking, easy access and of course straight out onto the amazing Trois Vallee ski network. Owners very quick to support, advise and respond. We have stayed in lots of similar sized apartments as a family of 5 in many different resorts and this was our favourite property. Highly recommended from us!
