The tiny home was very cozy for two, well equipped with everything needed for a lengthy stay. Larry and Donna were always available for any and all concerns. Location was convenient to just about everything. Very quiet and peaceful place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay!

Donna and Larry went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. They even put up bird feeders for us once they found out we were bird watchers, and we had over 50 different birds in the yard!! The house is small but has everything you need, including heat for this El nino winter. House was clean and as pictured. Thank you!

Perfect. Location is great, convenient to everything that interested us. Unit has everything needed for a lengthy stay. Donna and Larry are excellent host and hostess, being available for the simplest questions and recommendations of local events and eateries. Unit was spotless, check in very simple. Feel very fortunate that we were given the opportunity to enjoy the peacefulness and cleanliness of this property for the winter. Highly recommend.

Family Gathering

Location was nearly perfect for what we needed while visiting the area. Owner was very nice and helpful when checking in. The home we stayed in was great size for the two of us. I got a bit nervous when I didn't receive an address earlier in the rental process, but I don't think I had read enough about the process. I think a renter should maybe receive the address after first payment is made but I understand the process more now. It turned out to not be a problem as the home was just right for what we needed and was ready when we were ready to stay. We will plan to stay there again in the future if possible.

Could have been better

Cold weather- Furnace turned off-heat exchanger in living room did not reach the bedroom; Hot water was limited due to no furnace; Had to let the water run in faucets due to cold weather; Can't blame weather due to RV's do have furnaces for such weather- Owner should have had it on when I came since the weather was not likely to get warmer; I am a former Floridan so I know how cold the temps can be- Left 3 days early went to family on East Coast of Fla to I could be in a house with heat;

Our accommodations we're actually as advertised.

We enjoyed our stay in Homosassa Springs. Donna and Larry were excellent hosts. They made our stay great. Any thing we needed, they were there to make sure we were comfortable. We had everything we needed and it was centrally located for our needs. The little house was neat and clean. The TV worked well, as well as all the other applicances. We would stay there again.

Amazing

I stayed at this property for two months and cannot speak more highly of my experience! The property is clean, comfortable and most importantly, quiet! The owners, Donna and Larry are so very accommodating to whatever one may want or need. They care for and upkeep the property nicely. Mostly though, they are nice, friendly, down to earth and very approachable. I would recommend this property for one or two people who would like to have a quiet get away.

Citrus County remains one of the last few counties in Florida to retain it's "Old World" Florida Charm with natural springs; inland waterways and a Manatee Preserve Sanctuary open to the public. We are also home to "World Renown" Three Sisters Springs. Retirees and Young Families alike enjoy living in Citrus County for it's "laid back" lifestyle and rural /quiet country setting.

Our 5 acre mini-ranch is completely fenced and filled with Cedars/Pines/Oaks & Palms. This quiet setting abounds with a variety of birds!!! We love this rural setting and quiet sanctuary and hope you come and stay with us and enjoy it also!!! Close to Route 19 - Easy Access to Suncoast Parkway - and 45 minutes to Tampa!!!
