Stayed here for a few days fishing. Cottage is close to bars, marinas, and boat ramps on the river. Very peaceful setting quiet and tucked away!

Great location! Nicely updated, comfortable bed! The dock and canal were perfect for our 16ft John boat, we just had to lower the Bimini top to get through the culvert. Walking distance to mcraes, monkey bar and the freezer. Rich was very responsive and a great host!

Cute, cozy place on the river. Very clean & peaceful right on the river. Short walk to The Freezer, a cool, local restaurant & bar. Quick drive to everywhere else. Appreciate the huge carport parking area.

Perfect Location in Homosassa

This property is an easy walk to most restaurants, bars, etc. that you might want to visit. They others are a short time away. The duplex was renovated very recently. It was spotlessly clean and well furnished. It is on a dead end street in a very quiet location. The property manager did an excellent job with communications.

Wonderful little spot in Homosassa

Very comfortable duplex. Large living area and fully equipped kitchen. Bed was very comfortable and the linens and towels were first rate. There is a great outdoor area along the canal. We are already planning another trip and hoping this place is available.

The duplex was very nice, comfortable and updated. There was some confusion due to given the wrong address but it was straightened out. Unfortunately we had to leave 2 days early due to a family emergency but I would recommend this home and the host!

Creek side peaceful getaway

Cute, clean, quiet and well equipped half of a duplex located in Old Homosassa. Easy check in and check out. Owner touched base a couple of times to make sure we got in with ease and to see if we had any needs. We look forward to staying here again and would recommend this unit to any couple looking for a nice quiets getaway.

Great little house on a secluded canal. Very quiet road within walking distance to the freezer. The dock was perfect for our small boat. Communication with property owner was great and the house was very clean. Appreciated the covered parking for truck and trailer.

Amazing!

This was one of our best vacations ever. The place was amazing the pictures do not do it Justice at all. We loved sitting outback on the deck overlooking the Creek and all the wildlife that came by. Everything we needed was provided for us and walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and bars. We cannot wait to come back Richard and Rayna were amazing hosts! We cannot wait to come back!

Great stay and location

We had a really great stay! Clean place, comfortable bed, convenient location. Canal is good if you have a flats boat or something smaller, nothing with a T-top. Outside deck is nice. Our only concern is that it is a duplex with only one dock. We did not end up keeping our boat there but it’s a good thing we didn’t due to the neighbors having their boat there. We would definitely stay again!

This was one of my best VRBO stays. Rich is a 100% responsive and accommodating host. This villa seems bigger than its square footage with all the great outdoor deck space with steps right down to the river. Appreciated the cleanliness with the kitchen sponge, TP, etc still in their wrappers. Great mattress, pillows and linens—all the right touches. Thank you, Rich!

Great Cabin

Couldn’t have asked for nicer place to stay! Lots of room, decorated with beautiful nautical theme, amply furnished with dishes, pots & pans, towels, etc. Close to restaurants., wildlife park & shopping. Especially enjoyed shrimp & grouper, cole slaw & fries at Charlie’s Seafood in Crystal River. The duplex owner, Rich, was very nice & accommodating. Handicapped ramp very helpful to us with our disability problems. Suggest safety bars for bathroom. Plan to stay again later this year as thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Just 1-1/2-2 hr drive from Gainesville.
