1 entrance terrace and 1 interior patio. Closed community.
Parking possibilities (not reserved).
Community swimming pool may be used all year round. Closed community garden.
Walking distance to all amenities, beach, shops, restaurants, train station, bus stop etc.
Very centric yet quiet location. Close to padel, tennis, golf courts.
Fully equipped, air conditioning in all rooms.
Kitchen fully equipped with microwave, oven, coffee and tea maker, dishwasher, fridge combo, tableware, crockery etc. small pantry
1 master bedroom, second bedroom with doublebed + 1 singlebed. Linens and towels available.

When leaving please leave the laundry in front of the washing machine. Please take out the trash. Check that appliances (aircon) are off.
Please check that doors and windows are closed and locked. Please check that the water is not running. leave all the keys on the table and check you have everything with you.
You may leave canned foods and drink if not opened if you want. Turn on full alarm when leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please note quiet time between 23pm-8am and siesta time 2pm-4pm. Swimming pool in use 10am-14pm (siesta) 16pm-22pm, but please check if any changes

Lovely home - the pictures do not do it justice. It really was a home away from home with all appliances and supplies available. Great location- 15 minute walk from the beach front; Aldi, Lidl and a local supermarket all within 10 minutes walk.We had a lovely stay

House was in a lovely quiet residential area. Close to some lovely restaurants and a short walk to sea front with more restaurants. Air conditioning was great and very much needed as it was hotter than normal for June. Swimming pool was great, not cold and never crowded. We had a lovely month. Our host was very attentive and quick to respond to any queries. Had a problem with water heater but it was quickly repaired and we were compensated for the inconvenience.
