The house has a clean modern design. It is laid out over three floors.
Hallways and living areas have wooden floors, bedrooms are carpeted for a cosier feel. The house has: easily controlled underfloor heating, a water softener and constant hot water.

On entering the ground floor there is: a storeroom, shoe storage and ample coat hooks in the utility.
The utility room has a washer and a dryer; there is a door to an enclosed back garden.

There are two ground floor bedrooms with zip and link super king beds. One bedroom has a wardrobe and TV, both have bedside drawers, a chest of drawers and en suite shower rooms.

On the first floor there is a WC and an external door for side access to the garden. This floor has one bedroom. This has a zip and link super king bed and a TV. It also has an en suite shower room and storage space.
On this floor is an open plan living area includes a well equipped kitchen, a double oven, american fridge freezer with filtered water and ice maker, Nespresso, air fryer, microwave , kettle and a 6 slot toaster. There is a kitchen island with gas hob and breakfast bar. The table has extendable leaves which can seat 12 people.

The living area is spacious and modern with black leather sofas and wood burner. There is a 65" TV and sonos speaker. Sliding glass doors lead you to a balcony with comfortable seating allowing you to make the most of the beautiful Solent views.

Outside there is: a log store for the log burner, a table, chairs and a BBQ for alfresco dining when the sun is out.

On the second floor there is a master suite with super king bed, spacious wardrobes and en suite. Across the way is a spacious kids room with a bunk bed and two singles, a 42 inch TV and en suite shower room.

One final floor more, open the electric glass roof and climb to the roof terrace you can see across to East Cowes, the spinnaker, Southampton and the New forest. Enjoy your sundowner on the daybed and then watch as the stars come out...
