At the back, an enclosed level part-lawn garden with terrace (table/chairs) and, at the end of the garden barbeque. Large living room with bay window, fireplace and TV/DVD. Well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric double oven and hob, with doors to terrace, small table for 4. Elegant dining area. Twin bedroom with en suite bathroom (zip-linkable to double)

Neighbourhood overview

You can enjoy views of the beautiful Exe Estuary 15 minutes walk away. There is a bike path through Phear park to town, Budleigh Salterton and Sandy Bay. The stunning Exe Trail cycle path following the river up to Exeter and beyond is also accessible after a short ride through the park. Exmouth has a large selection of shops, restaurants, theatre, cinema, bowling alley, bars and pubs as well as its pretty beach and marina. A Cantonese restaurant is available around the corner, a lot of pubs and restaurants within few hundred meters; swimming pool, tennis courts and gym in town; and golf in the park.

Nice flat on a great location

We had a great couple of nights of stay here with the dogs. The beach is 20 minutes walk away and the supermarkets are in walking distance as well. The flat was ideal for us, there is a garden and parking as well.

its a nice big flat but too far away from the beach front for us.

All the facilities are very good, the access to the garden is brilliant. The only thing we found was that the towells were too small,everything else excellent.
