The unit sleeps up to 6 people and comprises of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room, a shower room with WC and wash basin and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, grill & fridge. Sunny Lyn Holiday Park is beautifully situation next to the West Lyn River and all guests will enjoy free fishing onsite and free superfast WiFi.
There is a small shop onsite providing the basics, a launderette (at a small charge) and a cafe serving breakfasts in peak season.
There is free onsite parking for one car and once you arrive, you may not need to use your car at all as there is so much do to within walking distance.
Sunny Lyn is situated within Exmoor National Park and only a 10 minute picturesque walk to Lynton town centre where there are numerous cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops. From here, you can either walk or use the famous Victorian Cliff Railway to get down to Lynmouth Harbour, beach and town. There are numerous walks starting from the Park, including the Valley of the Rock and Watersmeet walk. Julia Bradbury included the Watersmeet walk in her ITV programme 'Britains Best Walks'. There are also numerous small beach coves to enjoy which are within a few minutes drive. At reception, we would be happy to show you where to go to find these. This property is an ideal choice to explore both Lynton, Lynmouth and North Devon.
The price does not include linen or towels but if you would like to hire this, please contact us. Should you hire linen we will ensure the beds are made up ready for your arrival.
Whilst this is a pet free unit, we do have other static caravans onsite which welcome dogs. Please see our other listings or give us a call.
