Beautiful contemporary terraced house, well equipped and well maintained 200 meters from the beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan and 1500 meters from the ocean beaches. Shops, village of Arzon, Crouesty port, thalassotherapy 1500 meters. Numerous sports activities possible: sailing, golf, hiking, cultural visits, swimming, beach games ... 1 living-dining room-kitchen, 1 bedroom couple, 1 children's room with 2 beds and 1 room on the mezzanine with 1 bed, 2 toilets and 1 shower room equipped. 5 people can sleep. 30 km from Vannes. Garden of 2000 square meters to share with 3 other terraced houses that belong to my sisters. Family atmosphere. Security deposit to provide. Contract sent to tenants by email. Cleaning must be done by departing if no 100 euros is retained on the deposit.

Tolles Ferienhaus in fantastischer Umgebung

Kleines Ferien-Reihenhaus in kleiner Anlage mit 4 Einheiten. Regionaltypische Bauweise. Großer Garten für Spiele aller Art. Die Einrichtung könnte etwas gemütlicher sein (ein Sofa wäre schön), entspricht aber voll den Bildern. Die Lage ist wunderschön, ruhig, ca 300 m vom Meer entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Le logement est très bien situé. Proche du Golfe du Morbihan, de l’océan, des ports… Appartement fonctionnel, agréable et propre. Nous avons apprécié le jardin, très paisible. La communication avec la propriétaire était parfaite.

Agréable séjour propriété en ligne avec nos attentes et propriétaire sympathique. Bon point de départ pour balade à pieds ou à vélo (ou en bateau vers l’île aux moines). Seul point negatif: réseau très incertain (par le wifi free de l’appart ou en 4g).
