Island Beach Club #360D offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from almost every room. Enjoy waking up to the sound of the surf or relax on your private lanai watching the pelicans pass by. Floor to ceiling glass windows in the living and dining areas provide unequaled views of the beach, and the open floor plan feels spacious, clean, and bright. The living area and master bedroom open onto the private screened lanai, for enjoying your morning Latte’, or watching the sunset after dinner with a glass of wine. Island Beach Club 360D is fully appointed with everything you will need for the perfect beach vacation. This well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, Beach Front condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, ground floor storage, and much much more.

The master suite features a king-sized bed set against wood plantation shutters, which can be closed for privacy, or opened to let in the brilliant Sanibel sunshine, and the light blue & white finishes create a cool sanctuary to relax after a day in the sun. The master bedroom includes a desk and workstation area, for catching up on emails on your laptop, or writing postcards to send home. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, which is recently remodeled with a spacious shower and frameless glass enclosure.

The guest bedroom features two twin beds, with plenty of storage in the side tables and a dresser provided, and the laundry room features a brand new full-sized washer and dryer set, as well as a utility sink and plenty of extra space. New twin mattresses to be delivered April 15, 2022.

The kitchen is stocked with modern conveniences and appliances, hand appliances, and cookware designed to accommodate every need, even at maximum occupancy. The unit is also fully stocked with linens, bath towels, kitchen utensils, bowls, plates, glasses, and most other typical items you would expect to find in a home. I have been vacationing on and off in Sanibel since 1978. We have had the pleasure of staying in some very beautiful homes and condos. 360D tops them all in Sanibel. This unit hits all the marks.

Disappointed by the beds

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been renting this condo for 8 years; spending a lot of money for it. The twin beds have never been great, but this year they were horrid. Felt like we were sleeping in a hammock-they were that saggy with no support.(We all had backaches.) We also found flat, old pillows in both bedrooms, along with the same dated bedding-still showing it's wear in the Master bedroom. We reached out to Select staff to let them know and they're always gracious about making sure the owners know any concerns. Will things change? We sure hope so. As courteous and loyal renters, we don't think it's asking too much to have comfortable beds for the price we're paying. The reality is: this unit will always be rented because of the stellar view. And, I'd be remiss if I didn't appreciate: how well-appointed kitchen is now, the updated bathrooms, as well as the comfortable living room with Smart TV. But, come on! The beds and bedding really should be addressed. Please.

Reviewer Comments: This was our family’s 11th year vacationing on Sanibel Island; our first year staying at this location, and this condo has the best view of all the condos we have stayed at! The condo could use some updates which I think the owners are working on as the guest bath has been updated, but it was clean and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. I can not stress enough that the view was outstanding! We watched the dolphins each evening swimming right outside, enjoyed coffee every morning looking out on the view, and did yoga in front of the large window!

Wonderful Island and Condo

Highly recommend Sanibel, the property management team and this complex. The condo was clean, right on the beach with great views. Our only issue is that the mattresses need to be replaced (like really really need replacing) and the AC didn't work well in the master. The AC was great in the rest of the unit. We liked it enough we'll back next year. Thanks!

An it is so close to the water, you can sea dolphins and all of the activity. The only issue we had was that I just had knee surgery, and the elevator that services that wing of the building only worked sporadically.

Relaxing on porch was a daily ritual with it's beautiful view.From golf toboat ride with dolphins there was never a lack of activities.We had many memorable dining experiences on Sanible.I can honestly say that after a long walk on beach,I did not see a unit closer to beach and water than unit 360D. Only negative is that in my opinion,the beds need a seriousupgrade. Overall, a wonderful condo in a special location.
