Settle into this large country house with a private swimming pool (4m x 7.5m, depth from 0.9m to 2m) located just outside the old town of Pollensa. A stunning spacious. patio provides a place to rest and relax while soaking in the natural scenery that surrounds the property.



Inside the two-story villa, you can enjoy all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen with stone-washed wooden cabinets mixed with modern appliances. Enjoy family meals together in the dining room before retreating to the living area to watch your favourite television program.



A ground floor hallways leads to two twin bedrooms, which share a shower room. There is also a third twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The bed sizes are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for the double bed.



The main staircase leads up to a large double bedroom, complete with writing desk and a full bathroom.



Located just 1.4km from Pollensa, Villa Royal is also close to other local attractions such as Puerto Pollença (6.8km), and Cala St. Vicente (5.5km). The nearest beach is 6.3km from the villa, a supermarket is just 1.8km away, restaurants are 1.8km away, and a golf course is 6.3km away.
