This large, comfortable vactionhome is located in a quiet residential area between Pollensa and Alcudia in an evergreen landscaped garden with orange- and lemon trees and a wide view all the way towards the mountains of the peninsula Victoria .

On the ground floor are the living room with satellite TV and traditional dining table, modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer , coffee maker and a bathroom with shower.

Upstairs are four bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
The double bedroom has a private balcony with stunning views of the surrounding countryside .
Two third bedroom has single beds put together . The fourth bedroom is a bedroom with two single beds, one to be pulled out.

Before the house is a large covered terrace with comfortable furniture and lots of flowerpots . The swimming pool with roman steps is surrounded by a lawn , there is a sun shade umbrella and comfortable, modern sun loungers, table and chairs .
The centerpiece of this property is an outdoor kitchen with a wood grill, gas grill , stove, sink .
Here the guests can cook and barbecue all year round to their hearts content.

Wir kommen wieder!

Wir würden sofort wiederkommen! Es war großartig und die Vermieter perfekte Ansprechpartner. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden während des Aufenthalts gewechselt und Cathi unterstützte bei jeder Frage sofort! Absolut zu empfehlen!!

Heerlijk huis, mooie rustige groene omgeving. Fijn zwembad. Buitenkeuken perfect. We hadden wel elke avond last van muggen.

Einfach wunderbar

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Finca. Alles total sauber, super ausgestattet und super netter Vermieter. Da wir recht spät gelandet sind, hat uns die Vermieterin sogar ein paar Lebensmittel besorgt, sodass der erste Abend dirket schon entspannt gestartet ist. Wir waren wirklich rund um zufrieden und haben jeden Abend in der Outdoorküche gegrillt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Top Finca mit schöner Anlage

Zusammengefasst, angefangen mit der Buchung und der reibungslosen Kommunikation, bis hin zur super freundlichen Gastgeberin, wirklich alles Top. Die Finca ist groß und ist gut ausgetasttet, die Anlage mit den schön gestalten Pflanzen, Orangenbäume und dem schönen Pool, wir würden es sofort wieder buchen.

Tolle Finca für die ganze Familie

Das Haus liegt klapp 3km außerhalb von Pollenca in idyllischer Umgebung, die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und hinsichtlich der Innen- und Außenküche absolut ausreichend. Der Pool ist gepflegt und wird bei Bedarf gereinigt, ebenso die in großer Menge vorhandenen tollen Bade- und Strandtücher. Gleich nebenan wohnen die Besitzer, die sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zugleich absolut diskret und zurückhaltend sind. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren bestens, was im August nicht gerade unerheblich ist. In gut 10 Minuten ist man entweder am Strand in der Bucht von Pollenca (sehr schön!) oder der Bucht von Alcudia (etwas überfüllter). Wir können die Finca auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Eine Finca mit sehr viel Charm.

Die Finca Marina ist ein kleines Paradies ,eingebetet in einen Zitronen u. Orangenhain. Die Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Räume der Finca waren sehr sauber, bei der Aus- stattung fehlte nichts , die Geräte waren alle funktiontüchtig. Die Gartenanlage mit blühenden Büschen und Blumen sind ein Augenweide. Auch der Pool war immer sauber und wegen des abfallenden Bodens für Kinder gut geeignet. Die Besitzer der Finca sind freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich. Eine tolle Unterkunft die ich gerne weiterempfehle. Fam. Seufert u. Kellner

Eine sehr schöne und ruhige Ferienwoche

Wir waren mit zwei Paaren ( 57 - 66 Jahre) in dem Ferienhaus. Es fehlte an Nichts ! Sauber , geräumig und mit Wohlfühlgarantie ! Der grosszügige Garten ist ein Traum. Die Besitzerin kümmerte sich diskret um kleine Sonderwünsche. Der Pool war sauber, aber leider noch zu kalt. Die Aussenküche lässt das Herz eines "Selberkochers" höher schlagen. Leider war der Aufenthalt viel zu kurz . Es war schon unser fünfter Urlaub auf Mallorca, aber dieses mal die schönste Unterkunft. Alles in Allem wird es wohl eine Wiederholung von uns aus geben ! Danke auch an die perfekte Organisation von FeWo-direkt (Frau Ursula Hundrich)

Tolle Finca, klasse Lage, einfach ein Traum!

Seit gestern sind wir wieder zurück in Deutschland..., und die Sehnsucht ist bereits jetzt riesengroß. Was Mallorca angeht sowieso, aber auch was dieses tolle Anwesen betrifft. Die Finca erfüllt alle Wünsche, sowohl im Innenbereich als auch in Sachen Außenanlage. Das Haus ist im typisch mallorquinischen Stil eingerichtet, sehr angenehm und nicht überladen. Es fehlt in der Küche an nichts, alles vorhanden. Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern, Betten sind auch sehr bequem. Im Außenbereich überstrahlt der tolle Pool natürlich alles. Optimale Größe, mit 3 verschiedenen Tiefen von 1m - 2m, also auch für Kinder richtig gut. Außenküche ist auch klasse, Grill ist vorhanden. Lage der Finca ist richtig klasse. Man ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto in Pollenca, dort direkt nebeneinander Lidl und Eroski sowie eine Tankstelle. Dazu noch ein kleiner Baumarkt und ein typischer Kramladen. Dort gibt es aber wirklich alles zu ganz kleinen Preisen. Auch zur Autobahn Ma13 fährt man nur 5 Minuten, perfekte Anbindung also. Auch nach Port Pollenca und Alcudia mit seinen tollen Stränden nur gute 10 Minuten Fahrt. Vermieterin Joana wohnt gleich nebenan. Eine sehr nette und aufgeschlossene Dame, alle eventuellen Wünsche werden sofort erfüllt. Kommunikation allerdings nur spanisch und ein bißchen englisch, aber man hat sich immer irgendwie verstanden. Es gibt 2 kleine Hunde und eine Katze die zu Joana gehören, die aber überall rumrennen. Uns haben sie aber in keiner Weise gestört. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub in ganz toller Umgebung. Danke an Joana für ihre Gastfreundschaft, wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Weitere Rückfragen gern unter spooky75md@t-online.de

Das Haus und der Aussenbereich sind ein wunderbarer Ort, um Ferien mit Kindern zu verbringen.

Vermieterin und Vermieter nehmen einen sehr freundlich auf und sind die ganze Zeit ansprechbar, da sie nebenan auf dem Gelände wohnen. Sie sind sehr kinderfreundlich. So war es kein Problem, dass unsere Kinder überall gespielt haben. Für Ausflüge, Strandbesuche oder Stadterkundungen ist die Finca ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt.

Traumhafter Urlaub im mediterranen Flair

Wir haben mit 6 Personen eine Woche auf diesem wunderschönen Anwesen verbracht. Die Kommunikation im Vorwege war sehr freundlich und bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von der dortigen Vermieterin begrüßt. Sie wohnt nebenan, so dass der Kontaktweg bei Fragen immer kurz war. Haus und Garten haben wir genauso schön und gepflegt vorgefunden, wie auf den Fotos. Alles ist geschmackvoll, im größtenteils mediterranen Stil eingerichtet, der große Balkon gibt einen Panorama-Blick auf Garten sowie den dahinterliegenden Orangenhain und die wunderschöne Landschaft frei. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (als nette Begrüßung fanden wir Sekt im Kühlschrank und Zitronen aus dem Garten auf dem Tisch vor) und hat einen Geschirrspüler. Der Koch- und Grillbereich draußen ist ein Muss an warmen Sommerabenden! Das Haus liegt an einer ruhigen Durchfahrtstraße und hat davon abgehend eine eigene Zufahrt. Pollenca und Alcudia und die dazugehörigen Hafenorte sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir sind begeistert und werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Schöne Finca mit wunderschönem Außenbereich!

Wir haben mit 2 Familien einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Anlage, der Außenbereich und die Finca werden liebevoll von der Vermieterin Joana gepflegt und Sie kümmert sich rührend um jeden Wunsch der Gäste. Gerne kommen wir noch einmal und empfehlen die Finca auf jeden Fall weitern!

Die Goldene Zeit

Das Haus und alles "Drumherum" waren super.Die Einzig die Angabe "Schild : Villa Marina" war falsch,es stehtr dort "Finca Marina" ,und vor dem Torr "Finca Marina" statt "Villa Marina".Zusätzlich sagte uns das Mädchen der Besitzer dies sei nicht "Villa Ariella". So suchten wir erst weiter,bis wir wieder vor dem Tor standen und die Besitzerin dort war,die uns sagte,dies sei das gemietete Haus..
