Thoughtfully designed & furnished. Color & Light-filled HAUS. Modern & out-of-the-ordinary. Inspiring. Restful. Awesome Tech with Alexa. Super-comfortable & clean with European comforts, beds & bedding. Good LivingRoom with 70" TV with Streaming, & Video Fireplace. Nicely equipped Kitchen. In a good, quiet tree-lined neighborhood, walk 2 blocks to Downtown. Very pleasant just to walk around our neighborhood...
A great home-base for Grand Canyon & Sedona day tripping!
An excellent place to stay for business travelers: good work-stations. Printer, Phone & good connections.
The Haus shares a wall with the Studio unit on the other side of the building. The two units are completely separate, but it's like an apartment, and guests are asked to be respectful of their neighbors.
Our base price is for up to 2 guests; additional guests (up to 4) have an additional fee calculated at the time of your booking. If you invite more guests to stay, there will be additional cost.

BEDS: Our bedding is European Down (comforters & pillows), with Latex & Memory-foam mattresses on Birchwood Slats. Uber restful.

We enjoyed our stay at the CherryHill Haus very much. It was clean, comfortable and was located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is equipped with just about everything you would need to stay put. And, it’s a short walk to downtown for dining and shopping.

Lovely stay near downtown

Very clean, well cared for and close to town! Ideal ‘base camp’ for all Northern AZ attractions. Loved being able to walk down the hill to downtown Flagstaff shopping and dining!

Cherry Haus New Year

Our group had a wonderful time staying at the Cherry Haus! Check in was seamless, and the Guest App was one of the cooler things I have experienced at a vacation rental. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great Home within walking distance of Historic Downtown

Clean, modern, and very comfortable throughout while being just a few minutes walk from downtown.The neighborhood itself is also quite quite with an historic charm. Exactly what we needed.

Absolutely wonderful

The Cherry Hill Haus exceeded all of our expectations. It is a very large two bedroom, one bath house with the best bed we have ever had in the master bedroom and a kitchen that riveled anything you could find in architectural digest. The living room was especially large and easy to rest in. The house was beautifully appointed with art, easy access, and peacefulness but within five minutes of downtown Flagstaff. We would highly recommend it. The owners were always helpful answering questions and anticipating our needs.

Superb!

Excellent on all fronts. The wonderful owners of the Haus have paid attention to comfort and style in the design and amenities available at this property. All photos and listing details are spot-on. I would only suggest that when booking, you should add an extra day to your itinerary because you won't want to leave the Haus!!

Dont judge a book by its cover

Dont be fooled by the cracked concrete driveway when you first pull up! The owners have put a lot of work and considerations into the interior of the home. Quiet, unassuming neighborhood close to old downtown. Nice option for 2 couples or a small family.

Charming, clean and modern

Cherry Hill Haus proved to be the perfect location from which to explore Flagstaff and the surrounding area. It is an easy walk from the Haus to downtown shops and restaurants ( don't miss the pizza at Pizzicleta!). It was also a clean and comfortable home for our family of four to return to after a day of exploring the Grand Canyon, touring the Petrified Forest or hiking in Sedona. The Haus is bright and modern on the inside, and well appointed with new bedding and linens. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay in Flagstaff a bit longer!

Exceptional VRBO Haus

We spent 4 nights in this amazing house. We loved the comfort, location and unuque decor. Love the mood lighting! We wished we could have stayed longer. There is so much to see and do in the cute historic downtown plus numerous day or half day trips. Dena was a great communicator and so helpful. The website designed by Helmut and Dena is super easy and helpful. We had wonderful meals thanks to their tips. Thanks so much.

Property was exactly as listed, clean, neighborhood was nice and convenient, and the owner communication was excellent and timely. All the gadgets are a little complicated but not because the instructions aren’t clear or complete, you just have to get used to it all. Our only recommendation for future travelers is if you like a top sheet, pack them, as the beds have the bottom sheet and duvets only.

Working remotely in Flagstaff

We rented this property because we stayed the week in flagstaff and we’re working remotely. We wanted to be within walking distance of downtown. The property fulfilled our needs perfectly. The wifi was great and it was wonderful having one of us work in the kitchen and the other in the bedroom. The property is just a couple blocks from tons of restaurants and cafes. Everything was very clean, the shower was great, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Communication was also easy and Dena was very helpful with our requests! Thank you!

Above and Beyond Expectations

I chose this rental for its location and proximity to the downtown area. Walking into this rental blew me away! The owners did such a wonderful job decorating the home and I particularly liked the lighting scenes that were easy to use. Just connect to the Wi-Fi and use your mobile device for a remote control. Well stocked, great location and wonderful experience. We even had two large mule deer bucks that were in the yard nightly. However, the owners cannot guarantee you’ll be blessed with deer every evening…

Perfect location! Beautiful Home!

We had such a wonderful experience at the Cherry Hill Haus! Being Interior Designers, we are quite picky! We could not have asked for a more detail oriented, clean, well equipped home! The furnishings were beautiful, the bedrooms (and bedding) were amazingly comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere! We cannot say enough great things about our visit. We just loved it! Thank you to Dena and Helmut for everything! They were attentive and lovely to deal with. We will be back for sure! ~Sue and Tom

Funky, techie gem close to downtown.

We loved this home. It was funky and bright, eliciting feelings of happiness and calm. The eFireplace was really cool, and lended to the cozy atmosphere of the home. I will be honest that this home is so technologically advanced that it does require a slight learning curve, but once you get it, it’s incredible. The bedrooms are super comfortable and relaxing. The bathroom is like a spaceship. I can’t explain it any other way, but it was a definite must experience. And the toilet? I won’t go into too much detail, but it’s got a heated seat! The owners were so welcoming. All in all, we will be booking again, and would highly recommend this place!

Simply perfect for our little family's holiday!

The CherryHill Haus was perfect for us. The location is excellent, perched on top of a hill, just a short walk to downtown Flagstaff. We arrived when there was a bunch of snow and it was very cold, so we were so happy to have the gas fireplace to warm us up right away. The home is the perfect size for our little family of three, we didn't mind sharing the one bathroom at all. The owners took great care in making the home modern and fresh with fun furnishings and cozy European-style beds...not to mention the lovely artwork. We stayed for six nights, some spent playing board games in front of the fire if we weren't too tired from all of the wonderful nearby activities of skiing, hiking and exploring. The only trouble we had was with the French press coffee maker (we're used to automatic drip doing all the work!). Bravo, CherryHill Haus! We'd love to visit again one day soon.

Great Stay

The very nice place is just as advertised. Was perfect for our stay here visiting family. The level 2 EV charger worked great for the hybrid-electric vehicle we rented. Great and smooth communications from hosts. Will be back again!

CherryHill is a well-kept "locals" secret: close & walkable to Downtown, beautiful Nature Trails, NAU, Shopping & Restaurants. Easy to find in a quiet, family neighborhood. Dena grew up in an historic Craftsman on the other end of the same street, and it was one of the first BnB's in town.

Every aspect is thoughtfully designed, to relax & inspire you for your time here. Each room has unique installations for "mood lighting" (art , color & light) and in Summer - a pleasant yard to enjoy. Good kitchen, excellent Streaming TV (NetFlix, Amazon, Hulu Plus, iHeart radio...), Video Fireplace. We even have video ART available on the 70" screen. Super comfortable beds & bedding (good mattresses & down duvets & pillows). Super clean.
