Located a short distance from the centre of Islamlar, this new stylish villa comprises of one double and one twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms. Everything has been thought of to ensure guests maximum enjoyment, from the large selection of luxury outdoor furniture to the stylish modern indoor decor.

Due its raised position and the lack of properties closeby, this villa has a high degree of privacy, but can also be made totally so by the use of a screening system. The garden/pool area is extensive and includes several facilites for the use of guests including sunbeds, a swing, outdoor dining with adjacent stone-built barbeque, and a comfortable seating area.

There is a large pool is 10 x 5m and 1.55m depth, and a childrens pool 3 x 2.5 and 0.5m in depth which has a water massage system for the enjoyment of all guests.

The twin bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, is located on the ground floor and the double on the upper floor. This double bedroom has a jacuzzi and large double bathroom en-suite. The new heated indoor pool is accessed from the double bedroom , making this an ideal low season getaway location. This indoor pool can be heated to a maximum temperature of 30 degrees centigrade , the charge for this being 3500 turkish lire, payable on arrival at the villa. Guests wishing to benefit from the heating system are required to inform us of this at least two days before their arrival.
The kitchen is very well equipped , with more than plenty crockery and cooking utensils, and the lounge/kitchen has a cosy fireplace area plus ample seating to enjoy watching the large screen LED tv, This area opens directly on to the enormous pool terrace .
The villa has on site parking at the entrance level and wifi internet.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 750 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
