About this property
Stunning Fully Remodeled House with Heated Pool! 30%OFF
If you are looking to unwind in the sun, then look no further than our beautiful and traditionally furnished Floridian villa, which can host up to 8 people.
Fancy a relaxed evening in? Then settle into a sofa in the living room and catch up with your favorite shows on our large Smart TV with DVD player. If you’d rather surf the web, then you can hook up to our fast, free Wi-Fi.
If you want to cook a meal for family, then the fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want to make your life easier, including cutlery/crockery, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ice-maker, microwave, and of course the all-important coffee-maker for those early wake-ups! Plus, you can take care of any of your laundry needs in the utility room, which includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and a dedicated drying area.
No traditional Florida villa would be complete without a swimming pool, and you can take advantage of ours whenever you fancy a lazy day or a quick dip. The private pool is seasonally heated during the cooler months and is 30ft long, meaning you’ll have plenty of space to splash around in. In addition, the area is fully screened, so pesky bugs and sunburn won’t be an issue, so you can soak up the sun care free. Once you step out you can enjoy a light lunch on the lanai – which benefits from a dining table and overhead fan – or cook up a storm with friends on the nearby grill. A gorgeous bamboo tree completes the serene feel, giving the whole back garden a wonderful tropical vibe.
When it’s time to put your head down for the evening, we have a selection of cosy rooms to offer. The master bedroom features a welcoming king-sized bed, as well as a private en-suite bathroom with luxurious shower to help you relax before you turn in. The serene second bedroom also has a king, and shares the main bathroom with another spacious, twin bedroom. Part of a larger party? No problems – the living room sofa opens up into a super comfortable double bed. All towels and bedding are provided, (with extras on-site), so you won’t need to worry about a thing once it’s time for sleep.
Parking is no issue either, as there is space for two cars on the driveway, as well as a further two in the double garage, which has both an electric external and secure internal door for easy access after a long day out.
Sarasota is well known as a hive of cultural activity, and was named by Money Magazine as one of the top 15 livable communities in America. Besides having wonderful weather nearly all year around, you’ll never be short of things to do.
Enjoy golf? Then take a swing at The Meadows, Village Green, or one of over 40 other clubs. If Art is more your thing, then visit The Ringling Museum, where you can feast your eyes on a staggering 21 European painting galleries, as well as rare antiquities from Asia, Americas and Cyprus. Marie Selby’s Botanical Gardens and Mote Marine Aquarium will be a haven for you if nature is where you find enjoyment. Or for the foodies out there, head to one of the countless restaurants in the area, where you can spoil your taste buds without-watering cuisines from around the world – including French, Caribbean, Italian, Spanish, Peruvian, and of course American!
Of course no trip to Sarasota could end without a visit to Siesta Key. One of America’s most famous beaches, the Key boasts gorgeous quartz sand, stunningly clear waters from the Gulf of Mexico, and a charming village complete with picturesque bungalows, renowned restaurants and an array of quaint shops. If you want to relax, you can find a secluded spot with a good book or charter a fishing boat. Or if thrill-seeking is more your thing, then you can try your hand at Jet-skiing, wind-surfing or parasailing. Whatever mood you’re in, Siesta Key is bound to have something for you!
Finally, if you fancy doing something truly holiday-making with the family, then jump in the car and take the short drive to Orlando, where you can visit the iconic Disney World, Islands of Adventure, and SeaWorld. You’ll be guaranteed to leave with a camera full of memories!
No matter what type of holiday you want, Sarasota will have what you need.
P.S. The villa contains a guestbook with full details of both the accommodation and local activities.
