Wonderful Palmetto Dunes home features great lagoon views with a dock!
HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This 4-bedroom Palmetto Dunes home is a short 10 minute walk to the beach. Off the entry you'll find a spacious great room and sunroom overlooking the lagoon. Two master bedrooms have a king beds, TVs and private baths. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two queen beds, TVs and private baths. One of the queen suites offers wheelchair accessibility, complete with an oversized doorway and an amazing bathroom with a roll-in shower that has a seat and two shower heads. In addition, the closet has pull down bars for easy access to your clothing without a hassle, plus the sink has an overhang to accommodate a wheelchair. (The entrance to the house does not have a ramp and is therefore not wheelchair accessible). There is also a loft with twin high-rise trundle beds that overlook the great room. Outside is a large pool with changing area, outdoor shower, and gas grill.
