While visiting this cozy beach home you will have plenty of space outside with a private pool, dining area, screened in porch. While near the pool area, located in the car port, is a small outdoor living area that has a sectional, TV for entertainment and a ping pong table! Do not forget about the large wrap around porch for a true Lowcountry feel!

The main floor offers a diverse range of sleeping options, with a luxurious king-sized bed in the master bedroom with ensuite bath, a comfortable queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, and the versatility of two full-sized beds in the third bedroom, catering to various accommodation needs. Additionally, the main floor will include other common areas like a living room, kitchen, dining area that sit six, washer and dryer, and a bathroom to provide a well-rounded and comfortable living space! Did we mention this home is also pet friendly?

The loft is located on the upper level of the home and offers a cozy and open layout. It features a spacious area with a queen-sized bed and two twin beds. The queen bed is positioned along one wall, providing a comfortable and central sleeping spot. The twin beds is placed adjacent to each other, creating a symmetrical look. Connected directly to the loft is an ensuite bathroom, providing convenience and privacy for guests.

A nice break close to the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice house with exceptionally close access to the beach. In the summer months, when you can use the pool and other outdoor areas it would be a place I would return to. Over New Years Eve we had 6 adults and two children and it was small.A word of caution on the stairs. They are not well lit with the power lights not working and weak, if they worked, solar lights. We reported this twice to the management company and a visual inspection was completed but the issue was not addressed.

Perfect location, very clean, updated. Owners thought of everything. The kids loved the pool and the close proximity to the beach. Would definitely stay at again and highly recommend.

Fantastic family get away

We stayed here last year and were very impressed with the house and the updates we noticed, it’s just a short walk to the ocean or a private pool, which is great for afternoon sun! Close enough to the shops but far enough away for privacy!

We stayed at the property for 2 weeks, the 1st week was during the historic snow event. House was grest and oener grouo was helpful and supportive.

Perfect Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay. Steps from the beach, excellent location to local shops and grocery store, access to bike/walking trails. Pool was great. Would definitely recommend staying here with kids. Thank you!

1st family vacation

Had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. We loved the proximity to the beach and outside pool area which included many fun games of ping pong and cornhole. The area upstairs is open to main sitting area downstairs and beds could use some updating( probably a good area for multiple children) Another complaint would be no real area for pantry items in kitchen. This is also an area at the back of a hotel so a lot of service truck noise especially in morning. Overall though I think it was a great place for us with courteous and prompt service
