There is a built-in outdoor bar offering unobstructed views of the Bay. Enjoy having a pool bath and shower off the kitchen with additional access from the pool area. Perfect Weekend Getaway: Spacious, Sunlit Home with Excellent Host

We stayed at this property for a long weekend with a group of four. The house was very spacious, filled with lots of natural sunlight, and matched the photos perfectly. The host was incredibly accommodating and responded promptly to all our questions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Amazing views!

Had a wonderful visit in this beautiful home with our family of 6! The views were truly breathtaking and the pool was so lovely! We enjoyed viewing the stars on the deck out back too! Centrally located! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Loved the house and location. There enough towels or amenities for the size of this house.

Great family house, needs more furniture and explanation of how things work. Property mgr. was rather rude when corresponding about check in times. We ran late and she wasn’t happy about it spoiling her plans.

Montauk Vacation

Plenty of room for all as the house has a minimalist vibe. Beautiful dead end street with lovely water view. The pool isn’t heated and the hot tub didn’t work but when I requested refund for those fees owner sent right away. Very easy to communicate with owner and she was very accommodating to a last minute change in who would be staying at the home which was much appreciated. House is dated but everything was in good working order. Would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful house but need improvements

I rented the house to celebrate my mom’s birthday. The house is beautiful and sits on a hill with great view of the sunset and water. The view is 5 stars. We weren’t sent check in info until we requested the night before until 10:42pm. I am really surprised that we have to reach out esp we paid so much money and have to do this amongst our busy schedule. There were ants found all over the house. When we reaches out to the property manager, Dee, her response was this is overall problem of houses in Montauk and not to leave food out. We actually found ants upon arrival including In the bathrooms on the second floor. There was only 5garbage bags which wasn’t enough for us to use. There’s no soap, shower gel, shampoo etc. We also received no instruction how to turn on the hot tub. When we reached out to Dee, she gave very vague instructions. She didn’t mention where the pool equipment are and just assume we would know. Took us a lot of time to figure it out. I had to send over pictures and videos. I informed her on Saturday and it didn’t get fixed bc the pool company is not working on Sunday. So we didn’t get to enjoy the tub which ia very important feature for us when we rented the house . My mom can’t go in the pool but was looking forward to relax in hot tub. Several lights throughout the house are not working - porch and upstairs etc. Theres no lights inside the pool. Also we are told the hot tub is not a jacuzzi.

Montauk home

I have nothing negative to say. It has a very nice large deck around the pool and hot tub with a great sunset view overlooking the sound. The owner communicated very well - no issues whatsoever. The outdoor hot tub may soon need a refurbishment as it's somewhat old, but it worked just fine. And the A/C was amazing - cooled down the whole house in minutes....

SUMMER IN THE HAMPTONS

The Montauk home was simply amazing. Its open layout and deck which oversaw the ocean and incredible sunsets was so relaxing.

No furniture and lots of deferred maintenance

Dilapidated. No furniture - 1 tv in the house and no place to sit to watch tv. No chairs in the kitchen to keep others company while cooking or to just hang out. No bedside lamps for reading although the host brought some by. Hot tub not working. Floor boards decaying. Paint peeling. Very old kitchen appliances. Great setting and I love Montauk but this house was not as billed. It should have been half the price! Furniture/towels present were very cheap. Bizarre situation!

This was an amazing vacation. The home is beautiful and spacious, the pool is spectacular and the sunsets (view) was amazing. The property manager was responsive and delightful to work with. This property is highly recommended, see you next year !

Breathtaking views, spacious, and relaxing!

I've been renting a house in the Hamptons for a small group of 6-8 people for the past five summers. The experience this year was far and away the most spectacular! While Montauk has so much to offer by way of beaches, hiking, restaurants and bars, this is the type of property that makes you never want to leave the house! The owner was extremely communicative upon our booking and made sure there was a mutual understanding about how everything worked and how the house would be used - this is very important to me because as a renter I want to be able to relax and enjoy my vacation knowing that we have everything we need and that the owner is comfortable trusting us with their home. Everything in the house worked as expected and was as described. It's a large house and I especially appreciated the privacy between bedrooms and the large number of bathrooms - it allowed our group to have great times together but also enjoy the space and privacy needed to relax and unwind. Everything about this property made for a magical week and I am already eager to return next season! Thank you!
